My wife and I are long term repeat guests of the St Regis Bal Harbor. We have been going there for the past 11 years and have always enjoyed the hotel and service. However, on our most recent trip in February 2025 we noticed new perks and accommodations. An activity menu was posted to announce new experiences that guests could participate in, a free gelato cart and welcome beverages stationed in the reception area, and an increase in upper management staff roaming around to insure client service and happiness is achieved to name a few. (They are the people identified with black shirts) Although great service and accommodations are expected at a 5 star resort, it is enlightening to see the extra energy being implemented to insure the best guest experiences. We have come to learn that a recently new hotel manager Fabien Gnemmi is an Integral part of the enthusiasm taking place. We had the pleasure to speak to Fabien and could instantly see his desire to make his hotel the Best! He aims to please. My wife was so happy with our last trip in February that she made me re book another trip a few weeks later in March. This visit solidified our February experience. Pool lounge staff, the breakfast servers, maid staff, door man staff and all other members we encountered provided the service one expects at a great hotel. We are pleased to write this review as a testament to our joy and experience at the St. Regis Bal Harbour Resort, and we look forward to returning in December.

The hotel was excellent and I want to stress the quality of the people. The service was top. The Frigidaire in my suite didn't work anymore, they moved us very quickly and upgraded us to the Skyline room... amazing ! Not only a change, the people from the desk or the hotel manager were very close to us and checked everything was ok. I want to thanks the Hotel to help us to enjoy our stay. Regards

The St Regis delivers on service! Hubby and I attended a wedding here and everything was amazing. Great location across from the Bal Harbor shops. The decor and suites are fabulous. The bartenders were so friendly and thoughtful. Get the blood orange margaritas!!! Beach service is top notch. The best place I’ve stayed in Miami.

Our family stayed at the resort for 6 days on our spring break vacation and expected better from St. Regis. We stayed north of South Beach to get away from all the noise but didn't have the quiet/relaxing experience we were expecting. One of the nights there was a large and very loud party below our balcony that kept our kids up. The lyrics of the songs were also not kid appropriate which led to questions from them. Management did finally cut off the music after we talked the front desk and offered us to waive that days resort fee of $70!? I've since let them know about my displeasure and received the typical response that all hotels give which is unfortunate. I emailed them back and never received a response from Erin Hoeys. The suite we stayed in was certainly not five star either and wasn't as clean as other St Regis Resorts and it appeared to have water damage along the baseboards for quite some time. If you still choose to stay at this resort, I would recommend staying on the south side of the tower since it doesn't overlook the party plaza on the north side.

Every detail of our stay was luxurious and perfect. The location on the oceanfront was quiet and beautiful. Our room and balcony were both huge and comfortable. The staff was excellent; everyone was kind and attentive, from the General Manager, Carlo, to the housekeeping staff and restaurant servers. Matthew, the Food and Beverage Manager, checked in with us at breakfast each morning, and the pool and restaurant staff members were so helpful and friendly, including Jacques, Prince, and Jean at the breakfast/buffet, Kathleen and Jesus at the pool, and Angel at the bar. The daily housekeeping and turndown were perfect- whenever we returned from breakfast or dinner, our room was done, and we never had to wait. The location on the beach with a great walking path was unbeatable. Also, the Bal Harbor Shops are right across the street (told by our waiter that it's the highest grossing mall in the USA -- everything was so high-end, I believe it!). We can't wait to come back!
