The Hay Adams

I travel quite a bit and stay in hotels all over the country. Staying at the Hay-Adams was more than I normally spend at a hotel but WHAT AN INCREDIBLE DIFFERENCE. The staff was phenomenal ! We ordered coffee and breakfast for room service a few days we were there and it was delicious and took only minutes. We ordered it the first day and my wife said I think I hear someone coming down the hall (it was early) and said it is room service. I said that is impossible. A knock on the door and they wheeled in our breakfast. Took about 10 minutes. The entire experience was incredible. I try to stay at difference hotels but I will definitely make the Hay Adams my go to hotel when I am DC.

The Hay-Adams is THE place to stay when visiting Washington DC. Located opposite the White House, this hotel has old world charm, fantastic location and attentive staff - especially Liv. I have stayed there a number of times and would not even contemplate staying anywhere else when visiting the capital.

The Hay-Adams is without doubt the best place for a Wedding in DC! The event spaces are gorgeous providing classical grandeur as well as a breathtaking panoramic view of the White House and the Monuments from the ballroom! The cuisine is amazing and your guests will feel pampered at every turn! But with out doubt it is totally wonderful not only because of the Venue but more importantly the incredible Staff who were so attentive that the Bride and Groom, the parents, the wedding party and our guests could not have ever asked for anything more! Hats off to the Hay-Adams!

Single most luxurious trip ever with the utmost gracious service. The perfect blend of genuine friendliness and being pampered that is just not normal life. What a special treat! Don’t miss dinning at The Lafayette for breakfast, lunch or diner. All were a treat. Best way to start a day.
