We stayed here for 5 nights over spring break from Monday-Saturday. Housekeeping was âsupposedâ to be every other day. Wednesday we came back from a full day out to a dirty room! We left before 11 without a âdo not disturb signâ on our door, they tried to imply that was why it wasnât cleaned, that was not true. I even made sure to let front desk know we wanted our room cleaned, she assured me it would be taken care of, it wasnât. That night hours after complaining, they finally picked up the trash & brought us a few towels. Thursday still no housekeeping. Friday we asked again for housekeeping only to be told it would be done, I stopped back at the hotel around 2:30pm & it still hasnât been done. I complained to Tina a supervisor who after several calls got hold of her staff to request service. Finally by Friday night, 5 days later & 1 day before leaving they cleaned the room. We paid a lot of money for this mediocre hotel with absolutely horrible customer service. The eggs everyday had no flavor. After 3 days we started eating elsewhere. Take my advice stay at Embassy Suites where you can get an omelette to order & daily housekeeping. Avoid this hotel Trip typeVacation ¡ Family Rooms2.0Service1.0Location3.0

This hotel is terrible! My daughter stayed here for 1 night with a couple of her friends for a birthday party and it was the worst experience! First, the elevator was broken and it smelled very nasty in the hallways. Second, my daughter and her friends went in the indoor pool, which was very convenient, but was very dirty! The water was really foggy, and about 5 minutes after my daughter got out of the pool, she had hives all over her body! They continued to get worse and worse, so we bought Benadryl from the lobby. Despite our inconvenience, the staff were very welcoming, and the lobby was beautiful. However, I would not recommend this hotel. Save your money and go somewhere nicer.

Hotel was lovely. Very friendly staff. Free breakfast was enough for our family, a few hot items, pastries, yoghurts and fruit. Room was good. We unfortunately had one of the rooms that faced the sone rock centre so we didnât have a view at all. We kept the blinds closed the whole time which was disappointing. Beds were very comfy. We even used the sofa bed. A great stay in a wonderful location. CVS for pharmacy items and WaWa across the road and Whole Foods 2 blocks away. Loved the pre-made food from Whole Foods. Fridge was noisy for sofa bed sleeper. We used the kitchen to cook up fresh salmon but not a lot of utensils to cook with. But fridge was full sized.

Absolutely terrible hotel. We paid $681 for 2 nights and this hotel was a nightmare. The first room we got, smelled absolutely horrible, like an old run down motel. On the pictures it looks like a nice hotel, in person it looks very different, furnitures are probably 20-30 years old. I went to the front desk and complained, they gave us another room. That one was smaller and the toilet was clocked noticing it, when we walked in. When we asked regarding the sofa bed for my son, they said "just pull it out and the blankets are in the closet". I travel with the kids almost monthly, but nobody ever told me to do the bed myself! Also they announced already at check in that housekeeping only comes every two days! Are we still in covid, or are they too cheap to have the room cleaned daily? When I mentioned that this hotel was false advertised and that I don't want to stay in these nasty/ stinky rooms, they couldn't wait to tell us to go somewhere else and it wouldn't be a problem at all, but my $681 and $56 for the parking wouldn't be refunded, but she mentioned then multiple times again that we can go somewhere else. Right! Stealing our money and then renting out the room again? No way. We are forced to stay. Don't go to this hotel! It's expensive, not as advertised, the rooms don't look like the pictures, the staff is rude and they have no problem to rob unsatisfied customers of their money. Run!
