Very comfortable bed, room was a great size. The only downside was figuring out the climate control for the room, it seemed a bit complicated.The restaurant was nice and so was the bar. Great location to public transit. Staff were friendly, especially Mimi and Karen, they were the best!

Special thanks and recognition to Mimi at the Bar and Karen at the Main desk for all they do. My best friend and I arrived on Monday the 31st of March, to spend a few days in DC for a visit. Enjoyed a wonderful dinner and drinks throughout the week. We didn't wanted to leave since we enjoyed so much our stay. Both Mimi and Karen made it wonderful. I hope this reaches them ❤️

I work in the area and maintain a work relationship with the hotel with matters concerning safety. The front dest always has been courteous,kind and friendly with myself as well as my team. I believe that the front desk as well as the front door personnel exemplify excellent customer service and hospitality.

Great location staff was very professional and friendly. Definitely coming again in the future. Very clean and very short walk to the Monument and the White House. Various things to do. I was complimentary upgraded to a King Jr Suite during check in.

The staff was very helpful, our Jr. Suite room was big, we loved being able to walk to the National Mall and Metro Station. It was great!
