Last night we were in the area and choose this hotel. We checked in late and were pleasantly welcomed. The check in representative so friendly and helpful. The hotel looked brand new. Everything was so clean. The beds are not that comfortable. However the staff makes up for that. In the morning I meet Raquel: Miss Sunshine!! She was SO NICE! She also gave us 20% coupons for Metro diner. Thanks Miss Sunshine ☀️

Worst experience I've ever had staying in a Marriott hotel. Checked in by two confused employees who felt the need to remind me that they were fully booked even though I had a reservation. She wrote the room number on the room key envelope and told me I was on the 3rd floor and they had breakfast in the morning. She did not verbally tell me my room number or where the elevators were. No big deal tho because as I stated, I saw her write it on the room key envelope. What was a big deal was they had no wifi this night so we could not stream movies in my room. I called down to the front desk and was pretty much told I'm SOL (S*** OUT OF LUCK). They stated they had a wifi issue earlier in the day and had someone going around to the rooms without service to fix them, but he was now gone so there was nothing they could do. That was it..No solution, no help, no care. I got this room specifically to get my fiance away from the kids and binge netflix shows, now my main purpose for doing this isn't even available. You would think this was something they would give you heads up on at CHECK IN. But let me continue, there was a group of people outside under our window loudly talking and drinking well past 2AM. Along with stomping and running from the kids that were clearly just above us. So not having a TV or streaming capability was really an issue as we couldn't sleep in the loud room. Oh yeah I didn't mention not only was the wifi not working, we had one tv that just turned on at 1am while we were laying in the bed and would not turn off. The other tv would respond to the remote but would only loop the Marriott Bonvoy advertisement, no other channels available. I took a chance on Fairfield By Marriott because it's only two years old but I would NEVER come here again due to the service. Full charge without full amenities. REFUND REQUESTED

The rooms are clean and beautiful. The shower is fantastic. The hotel seems like it was built just a few months ago. The bed is super comfortable. The staff were very friendly. There are plenty of stores and restaurants right by the hotel. Dog friendly, which is a plus.

Ebenezer & Leila were welcoming my first night and were a great help throughout my stay. All the staff did a great job. There was a warm cookie/brownie blend to greet you. The room was spotless and the bath had the best layout I’ve encountered on this trip. The walk-in shower was a perfect set up. The shower was so easy to dial to get great water pressure when washing my hair. Then you can easily dial back to a relaxing shower. The controls were opposite the showerhead, so no wet head or freezing water in order to get it started. There was a hook right outside the door for your towel and another behind the door. It was also the first bath with plenty of shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel for 3 days, so I did not have to remember back up while showering. A big plus was the chair-height toilet. There was a nice refrigerator/microwave station, so I could reheat leftovers. The desk was large and laid out well for working. It is the best desk chair to date. Not fabric, so you can sanitize it, and held the height setting. I liked the hooks on the wall and on the closet for clothes/jackets. Breakfast was great, except for the oatmeal that was a bit clumpy, but they had great toppings. There was a variety of hot egg/meat offerings the different days and a nice yogurt and bread selection. The woman who maintains breakfast does such a great job. She even mentioned she was getting ready to break it down, so you had a chance to top off anything before she closed it up. I enjoyed the inside pool, which was nicely kept up. The location is close to a number of restaurants and stores. Will stay again, if I am in the area.
