Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Dover an IHG Hotel

The staff here is AWESOME! Allison at the front desk was kind and helpful, getting us a room at last minute when our VRBO rental fell through. The breakfast was delicious and the staff for that and for housekeeping were really nice. They did so much to make us comfortable! The bed and linens were soft and comfy, and the entire hotel--our room, the laundry facility, the exercise room, the breakfast room, and the check-in areas were all really clean. I would recommend this hotel and we would definitely come back here again. Thank you, Allison and staff--you are amazing! Thank you for a great stay!

Our stay was oct 27-nov 1st -we always stay here in Dover del. Our son lives in Dover we visited our granddaughter that lives in MD.we always have great stay here -rooms always clean as should be never a problem getting extra towels if needed.my family and i feel safe staying here.we tell folks we know if in Dover come here.! This we be always our go to place.

Juli and her staff were wonderful as always. We have been staying at this location for the past four years for a charity bike ride, and we will continue to do so. The hotel is clean, the staff is super friendly and always very helpful. The breakfast was very good as well. The back deck patio area is a great place to relax and catch up with friends.

Grated nicely and quick check in. Parking was a little challenging. The rooms were decent. With the exception of some hair on our bedspread the room was as clean. They have refrigerators and microwave and coffeemaker in the room and if you’re hungry they seek microwave dinners by the front desk. The shower had good pressure. There were Dove products in the soap dispensers. The complimentary breakfast was a pleasant surprise. A very cool pancake machine. 3 chaffing dishes of hot foot, eggs, bacon, sausage gravy. A nice seating area. Too bad most people didn’t bus their tables even thought the were garbage pails. Located very close to Dover State college and Ballys casino. Lots of shopping and food option very close by

Great experience and incredible hospitality. The staff could not have been more friendly and helpful. The room was immaculate and quiet. I would highly recommend this property ti anyone planning to stay in the area. Thanks for a great stay.
