Soild sheets and bugs. This was a last minute booking during a road trip. Like Best Western overall and have had very few issues over the years... But this location fell short. Got in late, hallways and elevator areas run down... Room overall clean but we found our top sheet had something melted/stained into it. Went to front desk to address and was simply given a new sheet to change ourselves. No apology or offer for new room.... Place was not busy (Monday night)...Woke up early next morning to find a roach crawling on the wall over my nightstand... That was it. Left right away and will not be returning to this location ..

Toilet kept running,door kept jamming, dog barking all night, pipes rattled In walls at various times(loudly). I did contact management about problems with very limited results. I usually always choose to stay at a best Western resort but I will not sty at this one anymore.

My family booked this hotel for a night to relax. When we got there, we asked about the extensive flyers and warnings posted on the property, but we were told to ignore them. They reminded us that the pool and spa closed at 8, so we hurried down and showered, just to find that the hot-tub isn’t running, and the pool isn’t heated. When we asked to talk to a supervisor, we were informed that they wouldn’t be available until the following morning, two hours before we check out.
