This is my first time at the hotel and likely my last. The hotel is in a convenient location. It is situated in between Adams Morgan and Dupont Circle with each being about a 10 minute walk away. There are numerous excellent restaurants near by (Lapis, Anju, Tail Up Goat). However, the hotel itself is very dated. The floors have narrow corridors that are dark and dingy. The room I stayed in had stains on the wall and brown stains on the walls in the bathroom (don't want to know what that was). The walls are thin and I could hear conversations from other rooms. The TVs have limited channels (maybe 10-15) and I don't think my room had a refrigerator. Overall, the location is great but the hotel is mediocre at best. The are better options if you need a place to stay.

Always well taken care of at the Hilton. As a Honors Member I always feel respected and well treated by Hilton Staff. Shout out to Estafanos for going above and beyond. Using the app is always the best way to navigate any changes and get updates. It was a great conference. And the food at the cafe offered a great variety of tasty options.

"I recently attended a conference at the Hilton, where I had the pleasure of meeting Melenie Palmer. Her exceptional reception and insightful information about HGV thoroughly impressed me. What struck me most, however, was her outstanding guest services. Her professionalism, hospitality, and genuine enthusiasm made me feel valued and eager to join the HGV vacation program. I observed Melenie in the lobby, effortlessly connecting with people, sharing her bright smile, and radiating warmth and energy. Her exceptional people skills and dedication to her work are truly commendable. I highly recommend the HGV vacation program, and if you have the opportunity to meet Melenie, please do. She's an outstanding Bombastic for the program, and I'm grateful for the experience."

We had an amazing experience at the Washington Hilton. Melanie was awesome! She offered us HGV trips. The hotel is located near the sights and places we wanted to visit like the bookstores Kramers and Bus Boys & Poets. The Hilton staff are lovely and go above and beyond in their service.
