Courtyard By Marriott Hartford Windsor Airport

Great CY and while I only stayed for the night of christmas eve, everything was terrific: clean room, excellent heating and it was so quiet. Marc at the front desk is so kind, as was the nice housekeeper who brought me two more pillows after I arrived at 4:30PM (I don't know her name). I stayed here once before 6 or 7 years ago, and would definitely return!

This is a terrific Courtyard. The front desk staff is wonderful - - helpful and friendly. Our room was large, clean and quiet. The bedding was very nice. We had breakfast at the Bistro and it was delicious. I would definitely recommend this Courtyard..

It was OK, everything worked, rooms were clean and comfortable if a bit outdated. It's a great location about 6 minutes from Fast Pitch Nation which is why our team chose to stay here. Bit disappointed to find out the pool has been closed since Covid. Our team of 13 girls would've appreciated that. No breakfast included so we chose to eat somewhere else.

I wanted to give a shoutout to two employees who helped me the evening on Friday, Sept. 27 (around 7-8 p.m.). I did not get their names but one checked me in and was super-thorough. I had to return to the front desk with my luggage because my room key was not working ... and the second person who was working at the front desk knew exactly what the problem was (new locks on the doors), went with me to the room and showed me exactly how to open the door -- I needed some elbow grease, and it was a HUGE help that this person took time to help me get into my room, after seven hours of driving. These two employees went above and beyond to help me that evening, and I really appreciated that.

The hotel staff made our visit a 5 star experience! Very attentive to everything. The hotel was quiet as we didn’t hear doors slamming like most hotels. Close enough to the airport without the noise of planes. The breakfast sandwiches kept us full until an early dinner back in Atlanta.
