Wyndham Southbury

Good stay but a little pricey for what we recieved. Same quality hotel in a different state was 80 dollars cheaper and recieved a continental breakfast. The staff were great and nice rooms. The internet was a little slow as well. Easy to check in and out.

We stayed here in an emergency. Our power went out. The hotel was lovely. The staff was very professional and friendly. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area. Even my dang seemed to enjoy her stay. It is hard to find a pet friendly hotel and this one was just perfect. Well done, Wyndham staff!

The heat in my house stopped working, so I needed to check in to a hotel for the night. Wyndham in Southbury was fine. Room was clean and bed was comfortable including a nice comforter and fluffy pillows. If you’re looking for a basic place to stay, Wyndham is a good option.

Aimee at the front desk was my first point of contact. I called a day before checkin requesting early arrival (before 3pm). She was pleasant and said she could accomodate my 12noon arrival. Room was ready and so was our 2 night getaway. Beautiful lobby with bar and restaurant. Our corner king room was spacious with lounge chair and working desk. Plenty of light was a wonderful surprise with two large windows. Gym was a tad dated. We tried the treadmill, but couldn't figure out how to make it work. We did use the weighs to get some stretching in. I planned on using the pool, but it was a bit crowded. Overall we would stay again. Off the beaten path, but plenty of places to eat within a short drive. Our favorite was Patty's Panty, a two minute drive - execellent food for breakfast/lunch/dinner.

Very clean facility and the bed was so comfortable everything the pillows, the sheets, the room and the staff was so nice housekeeping comes every day and the price is economically feasible . Their pool was open all the time. The only thing they need to do is repair the gym.
