Clean, comfortable , great rates, hot breakfast, I will definitely stay there again, plus I gained more points towards a free night, and they allowed my dog, which is a huge plus for me......I work close by so it is convenient all the way around

The first room we got looked like it wasn't cleaned at all. The bed comforter had a huge stain on it which makes me not even want to sit on anything in this room. Then in the bathroom, there was hairs in the tub and the sink. The toilet "sanitation paper seal" was broken. The furniture in the room was all messy and looked so awful it could've been thrown to the curb and trashed. Not to mention this is supposed to be a smoke-free hotel; the room smelled like someone smoked a whole pack in there and was attempted to be covered up with Febreze. Mind you, I'm 7 months pregnant and my senses are heightened already. I asked the front desk to switch our rooms so they moved us to the first floor right next to the elevator. I could not sleep at all because anytime the elevator was being used, all I could hear on the other side of our wall was the machinery running the elevator up and down. I complained to the guy at the front desk about everything and he said the best they could do was offer me another night with a jacuzzi tub for $110. I wouldn't touch your jacuzzi tub with a 10 foot pole!!!! I didn't even sleep with their bedsheets. Me and my husband only stayed here because we were in town for our baby shower with our family in CT.I was told they would then price match any other hotel in the area for our 2nd night to have a discount. I found a nearby hotel that was charging $98/night for the same comparable king size bed room. Then the other employee looked at me confused and didn't even understand what I was talking about when I brought this to the counter. The original staff member that offered me this as compensation proceeded to tell me that he wasn't on shift and walked away..... Then why are you here behind the counter offering me this compensation? Completely unprofessional, unsanitary and I was extremely unhappy with our 1-night stay. We ended up leaving and took our money elsewhere.

I’ve had much better stays at hotels by Wyndham. Most of the service was good. But and for me this is the breaker. No maid service daily. You get maid service once if your there more than 3 days and then you have to ask for it or you don’t get it and hope they do give it to you. The first day I asked I didn’t get it the second day the maid showed up and ask what I needed done instead of doing they’re job and cleaning up the room. I’ve never had to tell maid service how to do they’re job. Yes I still tipped because I always do but come on.

Understaffed and a bit complicated check-in and getting credit for being a Wyndham Rewards Member. The room itself was fine, but the bathroom was disgusting. The toilet seat had the paper-wrapper as a "seal" but when I lifted the seat cover, the toilet seat had visible p*ss and sh*t stains - literally. I had to take wet tissues to wipe it clean myself. Clearly housekeeping didn't clean it. The bathroom light was flickering and there was no drain cover in the sink, just an open hole to the pipe. Like out of a bad movie.

Everything was clean, the room was clean, the bathroom was the best, breakfast is great, I love the access to an elevator. The view at sunset from the room was expectacular. Had coffee and creamer options and the pool was the highlight of the stay. Thank you!
