Manchester Inn and Suites

What a wonderful experience! The room was comfortable and very cozy - complete with fireplace and a huge soaking tub! The innkeeper and staff are very attentive to every need. Breakfast each morning was made to order and fresh and delicious. Nightcaps at the bar and games and conversation in the parlor with other guests completed our days. We can't wait to go back!

We stayed in a room on the 3rd floor which has been fully renovated and it was very clean and comfortable!! There are still renovations going on in the lobby and 2nd floor (Oct 26, 2024). Easy access to I-84. We would not hesitate to stay here again!

Foul odors in main entrance, construction going on with no prior notice before booking,no continental breakfast as stated, room Tv would not turn on, bed sheets stained, curtains discolored from multiple dust layers and no laundering,toilet dirty with old blood stain on top… The list goes on.Left immediately and couldn’t get reimbursed for other 2 nights.Their excuse always was we are under construction .Fear for your well being. Stay the hell away from this unkept vile place!!!!

It was under renovation, but clearly unkempt and dirty. Stains on the carpeting and walls. I didn't do very well at reading the reviews apparently. It was the second best Traveler Ranked hotel in Manchester. The outlets were loose in the walls. We really should've left as soon as we saw the rooms.

BEWARE! We booked two rooms for a graduation as we needed a place to stay the night. We were not expecting anything other than a clean old hotel. I read the reviews in advance and knew what I was getting. But I was NOT expecting this! There was dog poop on the floor, small pieces of garbage (Kleenex and candy wrappers) as well as something spilled on the wall and floors between the bed. It seemed like someone was living there! When I went to the front desk they gave me a business card with the managers email to file a complaint. Guess what? Those emails bounced back. It was not a real contact! Checked out at 7am, and again complained to the new front desk rep and gave my list of issues on a paper. He said he would tell the manager. Still have not gotten an apology or acknowledgement that they gave me a dirty room. **I have never ever been so disgusted in sleeping in a hotel ever before** Used the towels I asked for as a layer of protection before we slept. There was no where else for us to go. *Do not stay here* the worse part is that when I asked for Expdia’s help in finding someone to connect with they couldn’t help either. I don’t mind loosing the money but it was a traumatic experience and I still feel disgusted. I had family that refused to sleep here and went to the college dorm to crash the night instead. Just beware and know what you are getting with this place. It’s possible management made a mistake and gave us a dirty room but since they never contacted me I can assume they don’t care and it could happen to you!
