Extended Stay America Suites Hartford Farmington

Last minute hotel after, event I was attending was moved from Hartford and I wanted to be as close as possible, for very little driving. Hotel was booked, so I was unable to get two beds. Luckily there was a recliner chair (was expecting a couch). There was a dirty kleenex on the floor near the bed when we checked in. clean towels. full kitchen minus dishes and cutlery, so if staying longer, would be handy. We did make use of the fridge for our water.

The staff was great!! The room was just okay. The pictures online were misleading. Breakfast was pretty much non-existent. It was what we paided for. The location was great. We had an unsusal circumstcirc and the staff was very understanding and helpful. They were by far the part of our stay.

This is a great property. Lovely welcome. Spacious and well equipped rooms. Nothing is too much trouble. I have a few observations / questions. Did anything come of my previous comments about some seating outside. Picnic tables and benches? Please can you stop using plastic stirrers and get wooded one. Single use plastics are really bad. Please can you not offer snacks at the grab and go breakfast that have GMO ingredients. It must be possible to get different things. The coffee is not the best. Please offer nicer coffee :) I was there for 2 weeks this trip and was very comfortable. Thank you.

I have stayed here several times over the last few years and 3rd to 7th October 2023 I had 2 different rooms. Both were spotlessly clean, very comfortable, spacious (especially room 314 that is bigger than many one bed apartments) The front desk staff are welcoming, friendly and nothing is too much trouble. Seriously lots of places could learn a lot from these guys and girls. The kitchens in the room are handy and there is ample storage. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Bathroom is provided with plenty of towels, face cloths and toiletries. I can only think of one way to improve the place and it would cost very little. It would be better if there were some outside seats, benches or picnic tables. There is loads of land around the hotel and this would be a welcome addition. Thanks

I HAD A GREAT STAY AT THIS HOTEL, CIEAN ORGANIZED NON INTRUSIVE. THE STAFF WAS EXCELLENT, SHOUT OUT FOR DESTINY, ROSE AND MICHAEL, THEY KNOW HOW TO TREAT THEIR GUEST. ALL IN ALL GREAT STAY. THEY EVEN HELPED ME GET TOGETHER WITH MY FAMILY. THANKS
