This is the very first hotel that weāve encountered in the Marriott Flagship that allowed a swimming school to occupy the hotel pool and deny access to hotel guests. Weāve stayed at over 900 nights under this brand and this hotel is the first to have to extend profit to the lengths of renting out their pool, set aside for hotel guests. The extra profit from hotel operations is insufficient that they have to block out chunks of pool hours even on weekends, to rent to a swim school. This information is listed in their website in the links of details but not on their welcome page. If this is a deviation from normal operations like a renovation is ongoing or pool is closed due to maintenance, and in this case, pool is closed for extra profit of a swim school rental, then it should be highlighted on their welcome page right away. So disappointed. Hope the finances trickle down to the employees and not only to the greedy owner/subsidiary of this location.

I had lunch in the hotel restaurant and was overcharged twice. I have tried to recover my money for over two months. I have been unable to speak to anyone in the corporate client services of authority that can help me. Iāve asked numberous times for contact info to be ignored. At this point it seems like they stole from me.

Adrienne at the Front Desk at 4:45 a.m. was the essence of kindness to my sleepless self. We were there for a weekend of celebration one day and spreading of ashes the next. She was a touch of God. Later, Brandon in the restaurant was treating all like family and Valarie, while restocking took the time to help with a phone issue. Lovely people make the place a home away from home

Great treatment for Bonvoy members (I am Titanium) and gave me a slightly larger than the standard room (junior suite). M Club lounge is nice for members. Front desk service was very good, I had a couple issues with my room and very attentive. The rooms are comfortable, having been remodeled already. Overall, comfortable stay for business. Nothing crazy fancy, but pretty solid 4-star standard Marriott. The one comment I have that does not make this perfect is in my junior suite (which is a larger room), the air conditioning could not keep up. Just an older air-conditioning unit and the room was too big to cool down. Moved to 2 different junior suite rooms and same issue, then finally moved to a smaller standard room which was comfortable in terms of temperature. I know this is not in control of management, but just a comment for those of you thinking about staying here. Lastly - Noah (one of the engineers) was especially helpful when I was moving around rooms because of the air-conditioning. Special shout out to him for all of his help. Again - great service here, great for members too. Some parts of the hotel are dated, but has been remodeled. Hope in the long run they can fix the A/C for the junior suites.

Great hotel with amazing staff. Every single employee that we met was wonderful! Given that, two people stood out despite the high bar: Stephanie from housekeeping and Matt at the front desk. This hotel is hiring very well! Adding to that, the in hotel restaurant breakfast was terrific, and surprisingly affordable. We'll be back!
