Hotel Indigo Silverthorne is the perfect central location for your mountain getaway. It's close to I-70 for convenience but doesn't overlook the hwy, is quiet yet has great access to gas, groceries, restaurants, bars, and parks/playgrounds. It is the ideal gateway to Dillon, Keystone, Frisco, and Breckenridge â making each area attainable in the same trip. Pros: - Free covered parking - Smores fireside - Great Happy Hour at attached restaurant/bar Kucu - Warm indoor pool - Spacious, comfortable & nicely decorated rooms with bright floor to ceiling windows - Fireplace and board games in the lobby GM Vicky was a delight! She graciously upgraded our room and had a birthday card and basket waiting to help us kickstart a milestone birthday trip. She went above and beyond in every way, even learned our kids names and made them feel welcome (they even mentioned her in their trip highlights). Everything about this visit was fabulous. We will be back! Traveling with kids: Rainbow Park is awesome. Red Buffalo Coffee & Tea along the river in the back was great. Bluebird Market food hall is spacious and The PlayGarten is pricey, but a cool option if weather isn't in your favor. All are walking distance!

Great hotel in central area of Silverthorne. Friendly and welcoming staff and room was clean, modern and comfortable. Free parking (which is a rarity in the US!) and free s'mores in the evening which our kids loved. Restaurant on site was terrific - we had dinner and breakfast there and enjoyed both. Again, friendly staff and decent value. One note, it may be worth booking direct through the hotel as we booked through a separate provider (Qantas Hotels) and our booking was meant to include breakfast. However the hotel told us that Qantas Hotels had only provided a booking for two of us (half of our group) to have breakfast and we had to pay for the other two. So if you aren't booking direct with the hotel maybe don't book breakfast. It is cheaper to just turn up at the restaurant and buy it on the day anyway! Fool me once...

I have stayed at this property a number of times. Two items on the most recent trip that was disappointing. First, the hotel does not offer humidifier. For a Colorado property, this is rare. Even Airbnb rental offer that. Second, the restaurant at the hotel was not open for breakfast. Properties in this price range always offer free breakfast or have a restaurant open to serve breakfast.

I have no stayed here four times, and each time the room and facilities have made me realize this is like a home away from home! Iâm moving to Denver, and canât wait to spend some off time back up here at this hotel. Rooms are comfy, parking is free, and the people treat you like a million bucks! Also a big benefit to be an IHG brand for those of us who are Diamond Elite members, but even if youâre not, youâll love it!

I should have rebooked after reading other reviews from recent stays. Have stayed at this location previously over the past several years, and it was always outstanding - front desk was always helpful & kind (not any longer). Housekeeping is beyond phenomenal. The new general manger, Vicky Perez, is awful and says really disturbing things to guests - today, she accused my 2 adult daughters of showering together and flooding the floor. Bizarre!!!! Katherine, assistant manager, targets disabled customers and bullies them until they leave property. Uneven floor surface over by the elevators caused my daughter to fall and sustain a head injury last October. The hotel is refusing to acknowledge an uneven floor surface is dangerous. Please be careful. Homeless hang out in the parking garage. This is what caused us to walk into hotel faster than we would have last October and contributed to the fall with an uneven floor surface. Stay at a hotel where mutual respect is a must and is given to everyone - you wonât find mutual respect at Hotel Indigo Silverthorne (employees look miserable under new management). Roll in showers have seats that are slanted and the floor gets water everywhere. Youâll get the blame for poor design of showers and/or their uneven floor surfaces.
