When in the area, stay here! Ignore any negative reviews. Karen, Jessica, & Mariza @ the Front Desk all awesome. Merica at the restaurant also great. Love the “Pantry”. Extremely dog friendly hotel as you can see! Only item of note is the floor lamp by the sofa in room 601 seems to be “MIA”, so the living room needs lighting at night.

The hotel was very nice, but the customer service at the front desk was horrible. They were profiling both of my sisters, who are 68 and older, accusing them of being scammers. If someone were a scammer, would they provide a credit card and proper ID? I called to clarify the confusion, and Maurice was very rude, constantly talking over me. The next morning, I called again, and Jessica was equally rude. I asked her a simple question about the room rate, but she started badmouthing my sisters instead of answering. All I wanted was the cost of the room.

Nice remodeled hotel. The hotel is a convention hotel that has a Tony Roma’s and Starbucks attached. The rooms are spacious and modern style. Ask for a room facing front and you’ll get great views of the mountains. If you are Bonvoy platinum or titanium member there is a Pantry on top floor for breakfast food and drinks. Unfortunately, in the four days we were there it was never stocked. ??? I had to go down to the desk every day to get a voucher to Starbucks. Why have a pantry if guests have to do this extra work?

Hotel was nice. Do not get a room facing the freeway as it's very noisy at night. I liked the modern decor. There was some convention at the hotel and there were not enough parking spaces. It was a really big hotel and had Tony Romos and a Starbucks. No free breakfast though. Close to light rail.

The hotel was reasonably priced, easy to access and a lot of great places to eat in the hotel and nearby. Caleb was exceptional at the front desk assisting with any of our needs. The hotel and the room were very clean. My husband stays here often for work but this was my first opportunity to stay here. It is a great hotel and unfortunately since it used to be an older hotel the rating is still low. I would rate this hotel a 5.0. Do not look at the rating because this was due to the old hotel before it was updated and renovated. A secret gem for sure!
