Loved the staff, and they were their even late at night when I forgot my key with a smile on their face. Hotel was clean and very comfortable. If you're looking for something affordable and close to the mountains this is a great place to be. I would recommend

I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone that needs one nice day or a long-term stay the staff here is very helpful very friendly and has been nothing but good to me they go out of their way to make sure that everyone is comfortable and do whatever they can to help in any way Stacy very honest knowledgeable and everything that they do and if they're not they're quick to get somebody else to help and don't leave you hanging the rooms the rooms are very clean the beds were pretty comfortable and everybody seems to always have their hand out to help I highly recommend them and please be good to them because they will always be good to you Summer Thatcher

This place is bad news. False advertising. Just don't go there. My truck was broken into during broad daylight hours, right in front of their gangway (photos attached). The burglars tore into the truck and stole our GPS unit, which was hidden in the glove box. Our insurance deductible is around $250, which is approximately what we paid to stay in this hovel. Speaking of price, there wasn't a checkbox to confirm we had a pet at the online checkout. They charged us extra for that upon arrival, before informing us that they don't "usually" provide the things that were mentioned in the online description. At this point, they presented a lengthy contract stating they're not responsible for what happens in their own parking lot. After the burglary, their indifference was palpable. They don't care about their customers, at all, so consider this a warning not to become one. Just keep searching and let them return to their logo-infused version of "Project Place". The sink in our room was completely clogged. It took 10 electronic room keys to open the only functional building entrance. It's pretty clear they've committed several building code violations. ... and they expect you to accept this with the excuse that it's a fifty-year-old building. This isn't a hotel. It's a meth lab. And it appears everyone on the first/second floors is a permanent resident. The entire building smells like a blend of color-safe bleach and blood stained marijuana, depending on where you stand. They owe us $250, if not more.

My husband checked out on a Saturday a day earlier. He was told he would get a refund for the day he paid but they were keeping a fee of that. We never received the refund. We were told it was sent on August 26 to our bank. Very disappointing especially since we pay up front it comes out right then. But they never sent it to us.

Lisa is was great. Very informative about the area and places to eat. The hotel was clean, quiet and our room had the most amazing view of the foothills! Will definitely be returning for future trips to Northern Colorado
