We checked in super late and Alley the girl at the front was nothing but sweet and helpful I was so tired and had fussy kids she made our check in quick and easy (always nice with littles) I would definitely come back just because her the room was clean had no issues breakfast was also good :)

This Hampton is located in a quiet business area with some condos. Walking distance to the Denver light rail. Close to the interstate highway as well. Plenty of sidewalks around if you’re a walker. Restaurants and shopping within a close driving distance. Breakfast lived up to the Hampton brand. Plenty of options for everyone. Room was warm, clean and comfortable.

Adequate, clean accommodations and simple breakfast fare. We stayed one night, and family was there for 3 nights two weeks ago. In all my comings/goings, I never saw anyone at the front desk, although someone came from back room when I needed assistance. It just didn't feel welcoming and secure (likely cameras though). This hotel is quiet without traffic noise from I-25. It is tucked away and although a safe, walkable neighborhood, it's a bit of a walk and a crazy busy street to get to restaurants.

I stayed at this location in July and the experience was great. Since I am relocating to the area, I decided to stay here for three days so I can work a couple shifts at the salon and find an apartment on my day off. The biggest issue I experienced is that I noticed the homeless parking in the back of the hotel, and I came across someone urinating behind his car in broad daylight. I called the Lone Tree dispatch and in about 10 minutes, two officers showed up. They arrested the person because he had outstanding warrants in South Dakota. This happened Saturday morning and on Sunday night, the same person they arrested is parked in the same spot and sleeping in his car. I am checking out Monday morning and I will NEVER refer anyone to stay at this location for safety reasons. I would like to add that the front desk does not wear a uniform or wear name tags which makes it hard to know who actually works here. I only mention this because upon checking in on Friday night and what I experienced with this person, I have little confidence in the staff. I was concerned about my safety because he called my room twice and one call was to ask if I had a husband. Now that I think about it, maybe someone was watching me from the parking lot and trying to get a room key. I just hope this location can make some changes so it's consistent with other Hampton Inn & Suites.

Hotel claims to be "pet friendly", but charges a $50 fee. While I understand that some hotels charge a pet fee, $50 is outrageous. No offer to help with bags. Could hear the guy in the next room on the phone loud and clear.. at 5am. Some thicker walls might be a good idea.
