This place really feels more like an apartment complex or maybe a timeshare condo, because it really is organized around longer stays, visits that require a kitchen and dishwasher and/or laundry facilities. There's a fairly ornate hardscape bbq area as well. The service was beyond exemplary, but I want to specifically highlight Colin (dayshift), Alex (2nd shift) and Josh (if I got your name wrong, I apologize). They all went above and beyond to make sure that my stay was as trouble-free as possible, but more important, they all had roles in ironing out a few potential hiccups or problems that I know other hotels would have ignored or exacerbated. In the hospitality industry, it really comes down to the people, and TownePlace in Littleton has the very best. My stay was in room 117, which I think is the largest room template on offer. It's a spacious and sprawling warren of a galley kitchen that half-walls into the high ceiling TV room, where IKEA-esque modern furniture can easily be reconfigured depending on the size of your group or what you're attempting. This is also the business/desk area. Off this great room is the powder room, which opens into the actual toilet and tub/shower. I like the partitioning of the toilet and tub area, but as a result, that space is somewhat cramped. I literally had to leave my clean clothes in the powder room & sink area bc in the shower room, there really was no place for them to be hung or set without likely getting wet from shower spray. Also, the room came with only a partial roll of TP and roll of kitchen paper towels that had less than 15 perforated sheets left on the roll. No refills in the suite so I guess you'd have to ask for more. Luckily I always bring my own. The shower/tub had a wall mount of three pump containers: bodywash, shampoo and conditioner. The bodywash was almost completely empty but again, this is why I bring my own. The only towels I saw were small enough for me to wonder if they were body or hand towels. And I don't believe the suite had more than 4 on the ready, which seems weird if the layout sleeps up to six people. Also branching off the great room are the two bedrooms. The one closest to the bathroom was the obvious master suite, with much more open space to sprawl or walk around. Both bedrooms had dreamy queen beds and were piled with pillows. And like the great room, both bedrooms had new-ish flat panel TV's mounted to their walls. They both also had decent sized double-door closets. (Yet only 2 mirrors in the whole suite, both in powder room.) The smaller bedroom was a bit cramped. Opening the closet door swung just a hair's breath from making contact with the corner of the bed. But there was always room enough to move comfortably around. My biggest complaint is about the three flat panel TV's. Basically none of them ever worked fully or properly. The living room TV had a weird audio issue--even turned up to maximum, volume remained gauzy, muddy and low enough to be drowned out by the ambient sound of the central air or heat. The TV in the master bedroom had a picture rendering problem that caused the image to break up and leave vertical tracers on the screen. It did this reliably about every 3rd minute for as long as I left it on over the course of a week. Turning it off for a few hours might get you less than 10 minutes of trouble free TV before the same thing would recur. The smaller bedroom TV remote ON-OFF worked sometimes, but I just began using the TV's physical button bc this was the only TV I could watch anyway. Now to be fair, I did not report these issues until the end of my stay bc I wasn't convinced all the problems were even solvable (audio problem seemed like speaker damage). So I just decided to live with the small br TV. I know I spent a lot of time on some criticisms, but bc of the staff, my recommendation to stay here is unreserved and the answer to the question if I would stay here again is an equally enthusiastic Hell yeah!

I can’t understand how this hotel can be Marriott! It’s definitely not up to Marriott standards. I’m an elite member and stayed at 100s of Marriotts and this was by far the worst! The carpet was disgusting! The couch was so dirty I wouldn’t even sit on it. The whole place smell like urine. If cleanliness is what you’re after, don’t stay here!! However, the staff was very nice and the view was great. But it was more motel 6 standards.

Large, comfortable, quiet hotel. Great, clean, large suites. Breakfast is fabulous - different choices each morning. Food is hot and very tasty. Wonderful front desk service. Beautiful location - I had a view of the mountains from my window.

I personally liked this hotel. Great area and great service. Really grateful for the breakfast every morning. The only downside were a few tenants setting off the fire alarm in the middle of the night. But I don't blame the hotel, at least the fire alarms worked!

STAY AWAY!!! If not...Print a copy of your reservation price before checking in and then check your credit card statement after being charged. They quote one rate, then change your reservation to a higher rate, without telling you, and then charge higher rates to your credit card, without telling you. They say it's an accident, but they have been doing it to many guests over and over again. They say they will fix it, but the don't. You will have to contest it with your bank, and they will ask for a copy of your original reservation price so you better have that printed out from BEFORE they changed it or you are shot out of luck. THIEVES!!! LYING THIEVES!!!
