Best Western Denver Southwest

We reserve months in advance to stay at this facility with a family group. While the location of the hotel was convenient for the planned activities of the day or stay in the hotel overall was a huge disappointment. All the recreational advertised facilities were out of service such as the pool area being able to even go outside and socialize in that area even without water access was not allowed. While the dinosaur theme was cute I felt I was staying in a toddler’s bedroom. The bathroom in the room was absolutely tiny and I’ve seen closets that are larger. We were instructed to park in a corner of the hotel near our rooms only to find that our keys would not work to access the door when brought up to the management. they told us that door was broken and we would need to walk around the hotel to access a door on the other side.

Exceptionally clean room with daily maid service. Very friendly, helpful staff. Generous hot breakfast and breakfast to-go options. Coffee bar was thoughtfully stocked and seasonal. Kids will love the dinosaur theme and the related décor and activities. This business is run with love, care, and thoughtfulness.

Friendly staff. A good location for us as it was close to a job we were doing for two days. But this property is a bit odd. Very dated-I am not sure why a recent review called it “updated” (though the TV is ) but not the bathroom!! That definitely needs help. Very small (two people can’t get ready at the same time and use sink/vanity area at same time) and is so bare-bones. Also our carpet was dirty. Bed not too comfortable. Breakfast was typical of the standard hotel these days, maybe a bit better than some.

We stayed three nights in this Best Western, and it was just about perfect. The rooms were comfortable, and very clean. The breakfast was one of the best we have had at a motel, with many options, both hot and cold. The staff was professional and congenial. We had no children with us, but I think it would be wonderful for kids with the dinosaur theme!

This place is great! Clean, updated, a fun dinosaur theme, great full breakfast and friendly staff. The beds are comfortable and one of the few hotels with a hot tub and outdoor heated pool. Our room was spacious with a microwave and fridge. Would definitely stay here again!
