OMG!!! This Hotel was one of the worst hotels we have ever spent the night. We spent the night there to celebrate our 49 wedding anniversary, and it was not a fun stay. First the Reservation agent gave us the wrong key, the elevators broke down, there phones were nor working, the Security Guard asked us to use the stairs, 9 flights of stairs that neither of us can climb the maintenance elevators were also not working. I will be requesting a full refund for this one night.

This was the cheapest hotel in the area, and I can see why! Run down and an old hotel! There is a resort fee, but not sure why! Can't warm up left overs...no micro wave...you need to rent it for $25. Huh?! You check in and out is not with a person! Its all done through a kiosk! No human interaction! Not a fun place!

This place is horrible, I will never spend my money again here. First night the room was about 90 degrees, we had to call and get a fan, then the shower is clogged up we had to call to get fixed by unclogging a huge amount of hair. Room was not properly cleaned only one Towel for a room booked for two. On top of it there was weed nuggets all on the floor by under the bed! This place don’t even deserve a star. The end of stay we was advised when check out we will get a $30 refund, but guess how that went. It never came got a run around and treated extremely rude. Don’t waste your money.

Very poor hotel and service. The AC in room did not work. We asked for a repair and the front desk said "it's gonna be a while" we asked "how long is a while? Do we need to be in the room?" The front desk said "yes you have to be in the room" 4 hours later the maintenance guy showed up with a box fan and said "this is all we can do" we had now missed dinner because we had to wait in the room. We asked for a refund or discount and was told that was not an option. Stay away.

Check in was late due to rooms not being cleaned. We had to wait over an hour. The lady at the front desk, was not service driven. Her attire was unprofessional, her attitude was “I don’t care” Details of check in were left out leaving me with unexpected charges. Room was decent, but the tub didn’t drain, very little air flow in the room making it hot and stuffy. Will never stay there again.
