Spark by Hilton Denver Tech Center Greenwood Village

Honestly wanted to give this a Five Star BUT.... This little "Ibis knockoff" has almost everything a regular Hilton has...PLUS the good beds and pillows. We were pleasantly surprised when we checked in. These prices are a good $50 per night under other hotels around. Coffee and hot drinks 24-7; BUT and here's the Big BUT and the hidden down side: The walls are paper thin. If you need to get some good sleep...you with hear everything from the room next door. We had gotten all settled in, plugged all our devices in, brushed our teeth, were just heading to bed at 10pm and the music started next door. (I actually thought it was one of my devices acting up it was so loud)...friends, it was the room next door! We went to the front desk to address the issue and he said there was nothing he could do until 10:30pm! so we drug all our stuff down to another distant room to get away from the sound. Then this morning when I went to work out...several of the smaller weights were missing. Were they stolen? Anyway, if sleep is not a big issue for you, stay here. If not...you might want to look elsewhere

This is definitely at the budget end of the Hilton group: it’s minimalist. Reception is sterile, the breakfast area similar, with the main option being bagels and coffee. The bedroom has no coffee maker, but there is a refrigerator; the beds themselves are comfortable. The bathroom has adequate towels but the toiletries are limited to the usual shampoo/conditioner bottles mounted to the shower, and some hand soap. There is a hairdryer. The fittings are cheap and in our room the hook had been pulled cleared off of the door. There’s little noise from other guests, but highway rumble is constant, 24/7: you need the a/c fan on all the time. Those staffing reception are welcoming, but there’s not much they can do to offset the bleakness of the brand. Access to the hotel is not obvious – it’s stuck right behind a gas station and you can only access its lot by driving down Boston St. and then making a U-turn. The area seems safe and there are dining options within walking distance. Doubt we’ll return here – there are too many competitors nearby.

The pool was closed I asked about pool was told they had one. Agent didn’t inform us pool was closed. Wouldn’t have reserved there. Breakfast a joke bagels yoplait yogurt only. No housekeeping while there. Staff acted like it was a mistake but second day the same. No microwave very small refrigerator no coffee maker. Will never return.

Went her with my girl friend as a budget get away vacation. The bar tender gerret (spelling) things he’s way cooler than he is. Cory and the other young kid at the front our nice. The GM Jacob, could use a masters inc customer service. I brought a smoking concern to his attention and He could have cared less. I’ll never stay here again. Luckily, there’s plenty of nice hotels downtown where the customers always right. The lady who work breakfast in the morning is the best thing about this place.

Deceiving. Not Best Western. New Name or owners Horrendous.. Filthy.. Scary.. Threw up. Didn't stay.. Exited immediately.. Smell of a landfill.. My local waste depot probably smells better..
