Hyatt Place Denver Tech Center

The room was big, with confy bed and sofa, clean toilette, and a big TV! I believe the stay was totally worth the price. Just about the breakfast: I wish they had more options. The hotel restaurant also has limited options, but there is a very good restaurant just a few steps from the hotel.

I was placed in a room on the first floor. The room shared a wall with the gym and the kitchen was directly across from my room. The view from my room was terrible as the room was tucked away in a corner so all I saw was the wall from the other side of the building. I could not sleep in due to the surrounding noises from the kitchen, gym, and lobby despite driving cross country and getting in in very late. Additionally reception could take a few classes in hospitality and pretending they are excited or at least happy you are staying with them. Worst Hyatt experience to date.

Great stay. The staff was attentive to my requests. They honored my request for a specific room location which was appreciated. The breakfast was nice. Good location near park and food. I had a lot of fun at the bar when Jordan was bartending.

There was quite a lot of hair from what appeared to be multiple prior guests on the floor in the bathroom, and some in the main room. They only gave us one towel, even though our booking was for two people. The bathroom sink only ran cold water, even if I waited several minutes. There was no outlet in the bathroom, so I couldn't use my beard trimmer. The bed was a king, as requested; however, it had a queen size comforter, causing spousal disputes. The mini-fridge had so much ice built up in the back that my takeout container couldn't fit in. My room key quit working after the first day. And, I was hit with a surprise fee for parking in a wide open lot. The Satellite TV signal was so poor it was unwatchable much of the time. And to top it off, the WiFi in the room was very unreliable, and the time limit expired right in the middle of a videoconference. Breakfast was always served late. Staff was great though!

Second time staying here. Appreciated that the rooms have been updated. Room was clean and large with a nice tv. Breakfast was decent. Housekeeping never made up our room even after it was requested. Only one elevator working. Hotel seemed understaffed.
