The hotel was really nice. Other than the fact I got up charged $140 that was not clear on the website it wasn’t horrible. They were very nice, but one of the guys behind the desk denied for for a military discount because I used a third party to book the room. Why would I not book it in advance. He wasn’t willing to work with me. Overall mid experience and not worth the money.

I do not recommend this place . They keep your deposit and lie to you. I checked in with my boyfriend and paid my deposit , they did not inform me that there was going to be a 20$ parking fee. I pay the parking fee when I arrive and did not get my deposit back because they said I did not pay the parking fee. This place is a scam. Do not go here .

The hotel is fine. Your average 'business traveler' kind of place. S uper super annoyed by having to pay $15 to park my car in an empty parking lot. I honestly would have dropped my family off and parked in an adjacent lot to avoid the fee, but it was late and I wasn't processing quick enough. Add-on fees are a small, but annoying tactic that literally NO ONE appreciates. Every normal suburban hotel in the united states (and probably a lot of the world) includes parking in their rate. This is not New York City (or even downtown Denver) the lot was completely empty and there is no reason to charge hotel guests to park in a vast business park in suburbs where driving is the only way to get there. I will avoid doubletree altogether from now on.

Truly a top notch property! Clean and comfortable (and I’m very picky when it comes to clean). I read some recent poor reviews before arriving and honestly believe those individuals were not at the same hotel. Drew and Lisa at the front desk were amazing - the indoor pool was great - the bar was well stocked and had a great vibe. Highly recommend for business or family travel.

I travel a lot, to much actually. Sometimes you pick a hotel because of location and sometimes because you like them. DoubleTree hotels tend to be older and less updated. This pick for me was Location. I got lucky. While older, they did everything they could to keep it clean, updated and looking fresh. Christmas Decorations galore and extremely tasteful. Great Job! I ate every breakfast and dinner in the hotel. Food was fresh & very tasty. NOTE: I've never ever done that before on a multi-night (3) stay. Friendly staff. The bartender could pour my favorite beverage. YES, That does make a difference in my choices. Somethings the older hotel can't help - Bathtubs. Hate them Lack of outlets for plugins. Although they certainly try. Slow Elevators One thing they could fix, better work lighting on the desk All in all, I would stay at the hotel again. Hat's off to the management and staff Thank you!
