Clean, friendly, great location for travel, or a weekend conference! Felt very safe and comfortable in the hotel. I booked a conference room and 12 hotel rooms for a World Wide Marriage Encounter retreat and it worked great! Everyone on staff was great to work with. We will be back!

I booked this hotel with the understanding that it was a “Best Western PLUS”. It was anything but. Definitely not up to what I have experienced before with PLUs properties. Apparently this was recently a Days Inn and it felt like an old tired one. It appears they painted the hallways, redid the tub/showers and put in a nice eating area. The room itself had frayed cheap carpet, an old, loud, wall heater that had the labels for the buttons worn off, and the smallest bathroom that I think I have ever had in a room. It was so small that there wasn’t even room for the clean towels. They were outside the bathroom at the sink. One bar of soap was provided even though the sink and the shower were in different rooms. The door to the room had a jagged 2” gap at the bottom. This let a huge amount of light into the room from the hall. I ended up throwing the extra pillows on the floor, against the door, to block the light. The room was also very noisy. The interstate was very close and the windows did not stop the noise. I was very disappointed with this room and the fact that they labeled it a Best Western Plus. It will make me rethink staying at any of them again.

Awesome hotel, very clean, stylish and nicely renovated. The rooms are spacious, there are 3 elevators, lots of parking around the hotel. 1 hour away from Winter Park. The breakfast is amazing, included 3 hot toppings for waffles and also eggs, ham etc.

The room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom fan sounded like a freight train, and the plugs were very loose. The continental breakfast was mediocre at best. The staff were very kind and helpful. This hotel is literally off the interstate, so very loud, at all hours of the night!

Great location off the 70, great breakfast, everything great, comfy beds and nice towels. Minutes from restaurants and shopping. Clean and comfy rooms. Definitely recommend for travelers. Friendly staff and even a small bar open in evenings.
