I had a great visit to Denver and an excellent stay at this Hampton Inn. The location is awesome and right next to Barnes and Noble, close to shops and places to eat. Justin at the front desk was so nice and helpful, very pleasant! And the general manager of the location was awesome too. Room was clean, breakfast was great, worth the price. Keep doing the tea and coffee in the lobby - I love that. Thank you!

Basic Hampton Inn, good breakfast, and great location. What made it so great is the staff. Kristyn and Jeremy were so very amazing. My sister and I stayed for 3 nights and have some special needs. The front desk and management were extraordinary and made us feel so special What a great experience. We will be back on our next Denver visit.!

Stayed 3 nights and overall not worth what we paid. It’s your typical older Hampton Inn in serious need of a face-lift & renovation. In the meantime it could easily be cleaned and maintained better. Floors of elevator look like a service elevator, with scratches and marks all over. Hallway we had looks like it’s being renovated but wasn’t sure. No molding along edges, drops of fresh paint scattered, no wall covering, lights dim and more. Water pressure so low it barely diverted from the tub to the shower head. A trickle. Tiny holes in black outs allow annoying daylight to wake you up. Molding and tiles work in bathroom showed years of patching and poor maintenance. Over 1/2 the TV channels were fuzzy. Desk said they knew about it but… They also said the hotel has new owners. I hope they have deep pockets to get this hotel up to Hampton-Hilton standards.

The hotel was so clean and if you had any kind of issue the staff took care of it right away. Jeremy and the other night clerk were so friendly, nice, sweet, hospitable, caring and helpful. I would stay here again. My only complaint was the 2 guys on the 3rd floor who stunk it up and the elevator with their pot smoking.

Staff were nice but this hotel is in desperate need of an update. The furniture is extremely old and the chairs and couch in our room were very dirty and stained. Bed also was not great as you could feel the springs through the mattress. Stay was also over $200 for one night so for this type of money you should be getting a much nicer stay.
