The room was nice, although it was small. The hot tub was nice. The hotel allowed dogs and there was a dog smell throughout the building. In addition, we could hear a dog barking at night and in the morning. Xxxxxxxx Xxxxxxxx Xxxxxxxxzxxxxxxx

Great location just outside of Breckenridge. The town of Frisco is charming and less busy than Breckenridge. This hotel is pretty basic but has been updated. The room was clean but had some signs of wear and tear. It is a pet friendly place and our neighboring room had a guest that just let their dog bark without restraint. Pretty annoying. It’s something I’m finding more and more - most hotels are now ‘pet friendly’ - it’s not the hotels fault that a lot of pet owners are jerks. There is ample parking. The check in/out was quick. There is a refrigerator and microwave in the room (we had a double queen room). I would stay here again mainly for the location convenience.

The stay was fine and nothing to complain about the state of the hotel but they checked someone into our room while we sleeping and gave them a key. We were awoken to our door opening and the slamming noise of the deadbolt latch hitting. Luckily we locked that before we went to bed at least. In the morning we brought this to the attention of the front desk who could care less. Just a sorry for you inconvenience
