This place isn't far from the interstate, but it's four miles from the university and five miles from downtown. It's located in a business park area, very well landscaped, quiet, free parking out front, several good restaurants a quick drive away. Very nice room, everything worked well in the room. But the whirlpool in the pool was broke down. Breakfast was typical, but good.

Nice Holiday Inn, though some of the caulking in the bathroom was in rough shape. Linens were very soft, beds were comfortable. I really enjoyed the pool and hot tub which no one was using. Water was perfect temperature. Breakfast was delicious. I really like the egg white omelets! One irritating thing was that my key never worked. We were only there for one night so I didn't bother dealing with it but it was a pain always having to find my husband and use his.

Hotel is in a very nice residential area, front desk young man was very friendly and welcoming. room was clean and bed was comfortable. There is construction on Harmony road so it took extra time to get there during rush hour. There are several restaurants walking distance from the hotel, and the included breakfast was decent. The only problem was that my toilet did not flush, so we had to get a plunger from the front desk. They were too quick to give me a plunger, that I suspect this is an ongoing problem!!

Holiday Inn Fort Collins was above average from other Holiday Inns we’ve experienced! Hotel was very clean and staff was friendly and welcoming! Breakfast was excellent and staff members at breakfast were pleasant and helpful. We stay at Holiday Inn’s a lot as IHG members and we found this location cleaner than most. Only drawback was location seemed out of the way from other activities.
