Comfort Inn Fort Collins North

Jamie, the Comfort Inn Fort Collins has gave us the best customer services that we haven't seen for long time in the hotel industry. We were travling through Ft. Collins on November 21st and made a reservation for staying there. We didn't realize we booked wrong date and also paid for the stay, until upon our arrival, the frontdesk staff Neal couldn't find our rervation in their system. As we showed our reservation confirmation email to him, he pointed out that reservation was for Nov.24, and we arrived on the 21st. We were initially panic because it was very late night and we don't know what to do. The frontdesk staff Neal happily found a room for us to stay and also advised to call Choice Hotels and to work out the errous booked reservation issue. After we settled in our room, we called the Choice Hotels Customer Service. A lady answered and contacted Neal the frontdesk staff to verify our stay and payment status. We then received a case number from the customer service representative lady, she also said to call the hotel manager on the following week Monday to get a refund. We were a little bit worried about the timeline. Next morning, we were getting ready to check out, and ask the staff JAMIE if he could help us to process a refund for the 24th night that we did not intend to stay. AND HE DID. He saved us a ton of hassle for havin to call to get refund. He was also very friendly when he chatted with other guests who were staying there. We traveled a lot and stayed in some fancy hotels, middle classed hotels, and economic motels too, and haven't had encountered someone like Jamie with kind smiles and very customer orientated conversations for long... time. Jamie, THANK YOU for brightened up our day!!! That is what hopitality industry customer services high standard should be.

WOW very nice, clean,super comfy beds. Had a all you can eat breakfast buffet that was super good alot of variety on buffet. The night staff was great. The lady on morning shift was super nice. Loved how the lobby was decorated for Halloween. Thanks for a great night's sleep and wonderful breakfast. Highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel is located in a decent spot, with good access to the Interstate and other activities locally. This is why I have chosen this hotel twice in the past few years. Whilst perfectly acceptable as a hotel, I do feel the hotel is starting to look very tired for the price that is charged. Rooms need a good update or at least patching to bring it up to standard. Otherwise, the bed was comfy, the breakfast was ok and the staff were reasonably attentive. There is nothing outstanding about this hotel - but if you need a bed for the night in this location, it should fulfil your requirements. However, I do feel it is on the pricey side for what it is.

What an excellent value. Clean, nicely furnished room. Great location for travelers. Good, freshly made coffee in the morning. Paul and Neal at the front desk went out of their way to make us welcome. Our pet dog even had a reasonable place to go potty.

When I arrive alma Was helping me get a room whenever lized. I didn't have enough at the time. When I asked if there was an exit, the other gentleman, was a tad bit rude about it Told me there was not an exit out. The way I wanted when I walked around the building. To my truck There was an exit on the Side of the building. When I return to with more money. Alma Was extremely friendly and explained the situation very well. They were extremely friendly after that. Made me feel at home.
