Do NOT stay here!! We booked this to stay with our kids and at first just thought it seemed older and in need of deep cleaning. The beds looked clean. After staying 2 nights in a "penthouse" I was COVERED in bites. After some horrifying research I recognized them as bed bug bites. Needless to say, I went into a cleaning frenzy to ensure we didn't bring anything home. They need to do something about this ASAP. The staff are nice, and the breakfast is actually excellent, but DO NOT book this place.

Really clean spacious room. I like the full kitchen and living space area. No issues with noise and the hotel is close enough to the highway and restaurants for easy access, but far enough away there is no noise.

I spent one night at this hotel as I always do, when I am in need of a kitchen facility. Big fan of the brand (or I was). Check in process... not the best. I would rate it ...3/10. Unfriendly staff, upgraded not offered and other small objections. in general, Not good / not a good start. Due to a family emergency, I had to leave the room 3h after checking in. I was charged for the night (completely understandable) and left in a rush. While I was driving, I had a second to think about my belongings and realized that I forgot 3 specific items. My blender, a Sony speaker and a therapeutic shampoo. I called the front desk inmediateley and they assured me that the HK department would collect the forgotten items and leave them at the front desk for me to pick up them up the next morning. I called the next morning and no one knew anything about this. Room was already been cleaned and nothing was returned.... OK we have a problem here... Called again the next day and finally got to talk to the FO Manager. He got very deffensive and protective with his staff (I get it) but the fun part is that I NEVER accused anyone to still from me or use the word ROBBED. I just let them know that there was a potential miscomunication between departments and that my stuff could be somewhere else. He guaranteed that he would talk to his GM and get back to me in 2 days. It has been a week since then and I am sorry but I am over it, and at this point I'm PISSED. Not because I had to spend unbudgeted $200 in a new blender, new speaker and new shampoo, I am pissed because of the lack of communication , profesionalism and lack of ownership during the whole week. Seems like I was the only one trying to get to the bottom of it. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

Stayed there for about three weeks. It was a consistent experience. Mostly good and consistent breakfast. Enough restaurants, stores at walking distance. Ample parking space. Nice staff. Lived upto expectations. In my preference list for long stays in Denver
