Don't trust the shuttle. They say it leaves and picks up every 30 minutes. It does not. There is one single shuttle that sits 9 people that stops at 4 hotels. Home2 happens to be the last for drop off. It took 2 hours from the time I called at the airport to get to the hotel. Partly because it stops at 4 hotels, partly because there are too many people so it gets full, and partly because they let people who show up with 10+ bags, seemingly using this as a u-haul, and take 20 minutes to try to fit them in. If it takes 2 hours, just tell people that so they can plan accordingly. I highly regret missing 2 of the 8 hours I had in-between flights to sleep to save the $20 a ride share would have cost that could have had me at the hotel in 20 minutes or less.

The service of the staff was horrible! Check in was extremely slow, after a long day of travel and listening to the night clerks bad day! Then on day 2 was given attitude when told they were out of pop. Will never stay here again, if looking forward to service and a smile - not going to find it here.

Spacious and comfortable as most Hilton properties are. The reason for the three stars is that this location had the absolute worst breakfast I have ever had at and Hilton as well as and other hotel chain. The hot foods were kept in a plastic box and were just barely lukewarm. I was there for a week and ate close to 7 each morning. Everything in that hot box was died out. Crispy eggs, plastic sausage, etc. I will not be returning to this location. I’d understand one morning but every single one with almost inedible lukewarm foods, is too much.

I cancelled my reservation because I was due to check in late and there is limited availability on the shuttle from the Hotel to the airport. It is not possible to reserve the shuttle until you check in so I would probably not be able to get the shuttle.

I had called the hotel a few days before arriving at the airport to ask for specifics on how to get the shuttle at the airport & how to find it. The directions were good & we waited about 12-15 minutes until it arrived. We got to the hotel approximately 1 1/2 hours before check-in time. I was told check-in was at 3, our room wasn't ready & if it became available, she would check us in. We were fine with that however, the room wasn't ready until exactly 3 pm. There were others who were waiting & they all got checked in at 3. I find it odd that all the rooms became available at 3. The property is very nice & clean - the lobby, the pool & our room. Breakfast had a good selection. We did need to return to the airport for another flight. So booked our time for the shuttle when we checked in. The shuttle was prompt & the driver was great. Be sure to reserve your spot for the shuttle ahead of time. The shuttle does go to 3 hotels. For dinner, we walked about 2 blocks & found a taco restaurant - Renegado. Food was good. There were other restaurants in that area as well as a Starbucks.

To Hotel from Boulder CO Follow Arapahoe Ave to US-36 E/28th St/Denver Boulder Turnpike Continue.
