Element Denver Downtown East

Excellent stay at the Denver Element East. Rooms were exceptionally clean, bed very comfortable, top floor was very quiet. Hotel staff were friendly and courteous. Complimentary breakfast was the best I have experienced in my travels. Cooked to order omelet, fresh fruit, yogurt, breads, cereal, juices and even a Turkish breakfast offering. Parking was reasonably priced for downtown and was secure.

This hotel is fine. In town for a conference, close to the conference center. One star there. Generally clean and helpful staff. Two more stars. It just doesn’t seem very well maintained for a hotel this new. Issues: - bathroom faucet would stick, leaving low flow water - outlets intermittently didn’t work - shower smelled musty / moldy - light bulbs out in the hallway You have to be very high up to get a view of anything nice at all. The first room they put me in had a view of… the rooftop parking lot. I asked for a new room with a better view and got one that at least looked at neighboring buildings and the mountains in the distance.

New clean hotel near convention center. Staff very friendly. Sizeable rooms with separate seating area. Decent gym. Some machines. Dumbells. Treadmills. Clean. Would recommend. Near Golden Triangle. Omelette station for complimentary breakfast.

We stayed at Element in Denver from Jan 12 for over two months. The hotel was clean and contemporary, with amenities that were helpful when visiting for a long time, including a gym and laundry. What makes all the difference in a hotel is the staff, who are lovely. The housekeeping staff, in particular, were not just efficient but also meticulous, ensuring our room was always perfect. The breakfast staff were very friendly, and Connie greeted us every morning and always went out of her way to ensure our food was delicious. The front desk staff were exceptional; thank you to Sara, Matt, Kevin, and Johann, who were always ready to help fulfill any requests. Special thanks to Ed, John, and Reanna; they were extremely kind and thoughtful. We have more trips to Denver in the future, and if they have rooms available, we will always stay at the Element.

My husband and I loved our stay. The staff were very friendly and open to any suggestions for improvement- recommended non-slip mats for the showers or grab bars. Cooked to order eggs and homemade salsa everyday was a wonderful treat. The hotel was central to downtown and 16th street, as well as King Soopers grocery store. Loved having a mini kitchen, but never used more than the fridge and microwave. I do want to state how safe and secure the hotel is. You must have a key to get in or get up to the rooms. My husband and I enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back!
