Clayton Hotel & Members Club

Overall it was decent. We weren’t told about the credit per room per day for food & beverages at check in. A server told us on the last day (the only day we used the restaurant). I’m sure it was in my email confirmation but didn’t see it and would have liked being told. No luggage racks and 2 queen rooms are tight so we had trouble finding spots to put our luggage on the floor. I ended up putting my carry on on the floor by the door! Also didn’t love the low platform-ish beds without box springs. Dear Clayton Hotel….guests want plush, inviting beds. Otherwise the staff was friendly, the location is amazing and the price was good.

The real gems were the wonderful staff! Like Amy and Nate, they made us feel so special and loved chatting with them. Cherry creek is full of wonderful small business shops and massive franchises. We loved to visit both and had an amazing time. But the best part of the trip was the wonderful staff that made this trip memorable.

Amazing place to stay. Clean, friendly staff, hip decor and small but functional, comfortable rooms. Great location right in cherry creek. There are 4 other main hotels in the area. After staying at all of them over the past couple years, I enjoyed Clayton the most. Highly recommend.

The Clayton is a great place to hold events! I'm an author and professional speaker and I recently hosted a presidential cocktail and hors d'oeuvre event there. The hotel also has a variety of beautiful spaces to meet your needs, and the catering department did a wonderful job with the food and drinks. I'm grateful to the Clayton's event staff for creating a unique experience that was well-received by those who attended!

We've stayed at the Clayton many times since their opening years ago and continue to bc we absolutely love it. From the amazing rooftop pool / bar area, fantastic food up there too, steam rooms and exceptional exercise equipment, to the clean surrounding throughout, always a special stay! Special shout-out to Ashley and Jeremy at the members club coffee area 2nd floor. Great smiley customer service and glad they're there.
