First off, the location worked out very well for us. Costco and Trader Joe’s are a short 10 minutes away on I25 North. Parking was never an issue. The views were lovely. We stayed all week. Our room came with a kitchen and a bedroom with a locking door. The second door to the bathroom did NOT lock, but pulling out a drawer in the sink cabinet worked in a pinch. The bathroom had real doors, not pocket doors. We loaded up the fridge with healthy-ish meal/snack options and saved a ton of money that way by eating in our room. No stove in the room but there is a microwave and induction cooktops can be checked out at the front desk. Dollar Tree is only a mile away. I really liked how the guest laundry was located inside the gym. Convenient. Machines took quarters and are speed queens. I could do laundry while working out.🏋️♀️ The breakfast buffet was great. There was a yogurt bar, waffle station, and ingredients for breakfast sandwiches. There were also blueberry & chocolate muffins and the best coffee, y’all. Everything was quiet, clean, and very comfortable. Our only suggestion would be to change out the soap dish in the bathroom. It’s a flat dish with no ridges, meaning the soap gets glued to the dish. What an outstanding experience, though! Thank you, Home2 Suites!

Great hotel, clean rooms, breakfast was ok, not the most options each day compared to similar hotels, especially if you are vegetarian and want eggs, for example as some days only had meat options. Great location and parking. Customer Service was ALWAYS exceptional and they went out of their way whenever possible. Would stay here again!

To begin, I'm ex-Expedia and my job was to ONBOARD hotels so very familiar with them. Home2 has excellent staff who are friendly - Quiet - Excellent breakfast - Workout place is complete and clean - Really a perfect hotel in all aspects In the front lobby, there is comfortable furniture and areas to charge. They have coffee that is strong and has a deep rich taste combined with Swiss Miss and Honey meaning they are thoughtful. The breakfast has many options from hard-boiled eggs to breakfast sandwiches to a waffle maker. Many juices and milks are available and the serving staff is friendly. Outdoors, there is a firepit that is elegant as well as two BBQ grills to add a touch of fun charm. The area is very safe and has access to other businesses that provide cinema and movies as well as arcades. A fun family environment. Vasa is a workout place but the in-hotel gym is excellent. The beds are very comfortable and have a full kitchen. The shampoos, conditioner, and shower gels are very soothing and use Zero% products that are top-of-the-line. In summary, it is trully a 5/5 hotel. I paid $149/night but the rate will fluctuate given the seasonality and availability.

Looking back, I would pick a different hotel for our stay in Colorado Springs. I would rate this hotel as just average. It is a newer building and the room was the typical layout for a Home2Suites, which works great for a family with four kids. However, I didn't feel it was adequately staffed. There was one person on the front desk at check-in time and for the rest of the evening. So whenever someone needed something, like bedding for the pull-out or towels for the pool, that person was stuck at the front desk. This has been a problem at Hilton hotels since the pandemic to be honest. Similarly, at breakfast, there was one very hard-working lady trying to fill everything that was running out. They just need more staff when the hotel is fully booked (as it seemingly was). Also, I didn't love the area. There was a Target nearby and a Chili's restaurant, but not much else. Overall, I just would recommend a different pick.

This worked well for us as we were 2 families traveling together. We wanted a centrally located place to get to many of the tourist attractions like Garden of the Gods, Pikes Peak & the Manitou Cliffs Dwellers to name a few. Also wanted reasonably priced lodging. I booked 2 rooms with 2 queens for our 5 night stay. Each room had a pull out couch. Our rooms were side by side on the 4th floor. There were lots of drawers & cubies to store our clothes. The kitchen had a full size refrigerator, dishwasher & microwave. Having an indoor swimming pool was great. I think our grandkids went swimming every day. The hotel was clean & quiet. The front desk staff were very good & helpful each time we had questions. Oddly our bathroom sink's water pressure was not strong which didn't quite make sense since the shower had & kitchen sink had good pressure.
