Best Western Grande River Inn & Suites

Filthy room, poor service unresponsive management Dirty sheets remained unchanged even after complaint and four days Don't think there is any management or even staff at this place Will never subject my family or crew to this place again again

THIS MOTEL IS THE BEST VALUE IN TOWN. IT IS VERY CLEAN AND TIDY AND THE STAFF IS FRIENDLY AND ACCOMMODATING. THE BREAKFAST IS A GENUINE HOT BREAKFAST NOT JUST PASTRIES AND COFFEE. ACCESS TO INTERSTATE 70 IS CLOSE AND EASY. THE PROXIMITY TO DOWNTOWN GRAND JUNCTION IS GOOD BECAUSE THE MOTEL IS RIGHT ON THE I70 BUSINESS LOOP.

Convenient location, friendly service and clean and spacious room facing into a quiet and attractive courtyard. Comfortable mattress that was silent under all conditions and great breakfast included. Lovely pool but the hot tub was a little under powered for my preferred level of vigor.

NOT PET FRIENDLY. They advertise as that but then why are there NO DOG signs over 80% of the property. You can have a dog in the room but you have to take them for a walk to the parking lot where there is a small patch of grass up against a fence. Muddy swampy mess with piles from other dogs. It was so gross. The hotel was clean and the room was sufficient. I will never stay there again.........It was hard walking through the grounds to the dark lot in back to let my dog potty at night. There was grass right out our door!! (with a sign) :(

The staff was amazingly freindly and welcoming! My room was LARGE, clean & comfy! Heres the unbelievable part; the shower head was mounted to accomodate everyone, INCLUDING ME, 6’ 1” , AND, its the exact one I use at home with PLENTY of pressure! They even put out some welcoming “munchie mix” in the lobby and allowed me to park my motorcycle is a very safe area! Everything has been a DOUBLE PLUS here! KUDOS TO STAFF & Owners! THANK YOU!
