We stayed at this Residence Inn for 5 days and absolutely loved everything about this hotel. It’s beautifully decorated and the staff is kind and welcoming. We were greeted each time we entered and left, which made us feel special. The rooms are high tech and well maintained. Beds were very comfortable. The location is superb and walking distance to restaurants and lots of shopping. There was plenty of free parking. The complimentary breakfast had lots of variety, including fresh cinnamon roll waffles. Rocky Mountain National Park is only an hour away too. We will definitely stay here again!

I stayed at this property from 6/17 to 6/21/2024. After ironing my cloths on the first night I discovered a ton of insects. Killed about a dozen of them before reporting it to the Front Desk. At 1:00AM I moved to a Fairfield Inn (Same building) which was bug free. Hotel management communication on this was very poor. The offered some bonus points which in my mind were not enough to compensate for the inconvenience of switching rooms at 1:00AM and all the time spent. Hotel refused to give me credit for my stay other than the bonus and did not adjust my rate now that I was in a smaller room. Marriott corporate also did very little as they left the issue to the hotel, what corporate did do was give me the original points I should have receive for my stay in the first place. Called multiple times to get access to a survey but they refused to share the link or phone to it. Almost the last interaction over the phone was with a “Manager” of customer service from Marriott Corporate which offer first 30,000 and then 40,000 points to make things right. Although I accepted the offer I tried to explain to him what the problem was, he got upset land of course withdrew the offer for the points, so that shows how he stood by his word. He in the end was rude and disrespectful. After posting on FB, Marriott reached out to me, gave them ALL the details and in the end sided with the hotel and their CS Manager and did nothing to make things better. Seems like you have to by a Titanium level for them to treat you seriously and respectfully as a customer. The issue about the insects and poor follow up from the hotel now pales in comparison to how rude their customer service manager was. After almost 30 years of being a Marriott customer, the message that I got from them is that it is time to switch brands. I would add a video where you can see all the bugs but Google only allows pictures.

Mattresses are horrible and have been for months. Management knows about it and refuses to buy new ones. Their solution is to flip the mattress. That doesn't help when mattresses are old and sagging! If you end up in the king suite, the ac won’t blow in the bedroom. I tried to move room types and had paid with points. I was told I needed to call Marriott. I asked for a manager, no manager on property on weekends. I called Marriott, they said to call the GM. I got the GM’s number and guess what? It rolls to the main hotel room. I said I’d cancel my room as front desk said I could do that and get my point back. I thought I’d just pay cash, room rate for first night was $290, next two nights it was $699. It’s a freaking Residence Inn. It wasn’t the front desk person’s fault, but crummy customer experience. I’ve stayed at this hotel at least 5 - 6 times in the last couple years, never again!

Was there for a couple weeks and the places are nicely set up for longer term stays. Attached to Fairfield which have rooms for short term stay, and not the amenities of a longer one. But simple things, like no frying pan. Yes, plates, silverware, and other utensils, but merely a pot. Full sized fridges, toaster, microwave and stovetop. A great looking firepit outside, with sone grills, but no timer to turn it on or switch for it (assume you must go inside and ask desk). Wasn’t one once while I was there, and snow was consistently on ground! Breakfast is limited, run of the mill, I just settled for apple juice if ever. The service was good, but they are seemingly understaffed consistently. I felt for the employees. But location is within like an outside mall area, abd major mall within three or four blocks. As with most hotels taking advantage of covid, cleaning must be requested. Had the place cleaned twice over two and a half weeks. They did do a good job, but you really shouldn’t have to tell receptionist you want your room cleaned.

This is a conveniently located hotel next to the Flatiron Crossing Mall. The common areas are very nice as in the picture......however. The rooms are very large but strangely empty-very little furniture, nothing on the walls. No luggage stand or any surface on which to put a suitcase. No safe in the room. Housekeeping is by appointment only (!) and even then only available every 3 (!) days. Breakfast area is large and pleasant, but many items are not available or are cold during the earlier part of the breakfast hour (pre 8 am). On the positive side, the hotel was clean-at least when I checked in- and the coffee was good.
