Centennial Hotel Spokane

Location of the hotel is great for kids with the park next door and walking access to the downtown area. The heated pool for swimming with pool adjacent rooms is great. But honestly the staff there - everyone we came into contact with were so kind and helpful - genuinely nice- they made it so great ! Room was clean and beds were comfortable- and had a great pizza 🍕 to the room as well! Had a wonderful stay.

Excellent food both in the restaurant and from conference catering. All staff were very friendly. Great location right on the river and easy walking to riverfront park. The view from the top floor conference room is amazing! My only complaint was the bed was too soft! But that’s just personal preference.

I have enjoyed every minute there. It made my business trip easy to get around. The room was nice, clean, and better than the other places I have stayed at. The waitress was very nice and helped us with everything we needed. She went the extra mile to take care of us on our business trip. I was able to use the business office the hotel has which is nice. To only downsize there was no scale for me to weigh my package to ship it where I needed it to go.

I was checking in late and they had no clear. Rooms avail. Sawyer was working the front desk and went out of his way to accommodate me and upgraded room. He comped my parking as well. Great service. He showed me the room and asked if could help in anyway to help make my stay more pleasant

The pool was great BUT the front desk was uncooperative. They charged our card before checkout even though they knew we were paying w/a giftcard…they refused to reverse the charge…we owed $16 in the end, they charged $277.48 & $16 & also checkin was delayed 2hrs.
