Econo Lodge Denver International Airport

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. It's a great value for the price, offering more than expected. The bed was very comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. I was pleasantly surprised by the toiletries provided, which added a nice touch to the experience. The 24-hour reception is convenient, especially for late check-ins or early departures. The only downside was the free breakfast, which consisted of just coffee and cold cereals—adequate but not impressive. Overall, it’s a solid choice if you're looking for affordability, comfort, and a few extra perks. Would stay here again.

Close proximity to airport at a reasonable price are the main things this Econo Lodge has to offer. The carpet in the hallways and common areas was pretty worn (and should be replaced) but the room was clean and nicely appointed. Complimentary breakfast is very minimal (cereal, toast, coffee but not much else). OK for the price.

Looking at some of the recent reviews of this property, I can't help but sit here scratching my head. Because my late evening flight out of Denver was delayed overnight, I needed to book a room for the night at the last minute. As a Choice Privileges Diamond member, I chose this property due to price and proximity to the hotel. I was not disappointed. Check in was handled professionally by an efficient and cordial staff member. Room was spotless, quiet, and in excellent repair. Bed was comfortable. Wake-up call came right on time. Climate control unit in the room worked perfectly. Absolutely no complaints at all. Breakfast bar offering were fairly modest but adequate for an Econolodge. Check out was quick and cordial. Property architecture looks as if this property might have been a Sleep Inn at one point, with layout and rooms consistent with the common Sleep Inn design. Airport can be easily accessed via public transportation - bus stops right in front of the hotel and goes to the suburban rail (A Train) which then goes to the airport. Total travel time is about 45-50 minutes. I would return if in the area.

I had to stay in Denver unexpectedly for work. I purchased new clothes at target just to get me by. I left my clothes in the target bags and went to work in the morning. When I was done with work, I returned to find out my target bags had been thrown out. I reported my bags missing to the front desk. They called house cleaning to ask about it. Housekeeping denied throwing them away. I was treated like it was my fault and they offered me nothing, not even an apology.
