I stayed for 2 weeks its a great location, close to everything the warehouse district for business, endless food options close to airport and even a costco nearby. The room was well appointed typical marriott fair. Nice lounge area, work pods on site self service laundry. The staff was very kind and helpful.

This is a relatively new hotel just north of central Aurora business district and not far from the University of Denver hospital campus. There's a train station within a very short walk and a safe parking garage. The onsite bar/bistro was great and the service here was very professional and friendly. The rooms are updated, comfortable and extremely quiet. There are a lot of open lots nearby which hopefully will soon have more restaurat options as there really are none now you can easily walk to. That being said, if you want a nice hotel in Aurora and access to transit - this is a great choice.

This place is strange. There was no closet in the room, so no iron, ironing board etc. Check in was horrible, girl was on the phone so long, I had to use the restroom and when I returned she was sill explaining the check in process to someone i bet 1/2hr, i could discern here describing the benefits of Expedia. Verses other services while she say me standing there. Finally I said, is there someone else? Crazy.

We had the worst experience staying at this hotel. Yes the place is newer but totally miss managed. The front desk manager and General Manager need more hospitality training because there is No hospitality at this property! Just bad management. Everyone at the front desk seems angry all the time. Our next visit to the area we will stay somewhere else that actually likes their guests. By the way I am filing a complaint with the aurora Better Business Bureau. My guess is that a year from now the management team will be gone or Marriott will take the the courtyard name away from them.

DO NOT STAY HERE.....I was going to give this hotel a 9/10. Decent rate. Close to amenities. Clean. Friendly. Even when I something was amiss, they were quick to respond. I was impressed UNTIL the one employee. Everyone else in the reviews talks about it. I too had a run-in with a very rude front desk "manager." (male employee, tall with a heavy build and African American gentleman). I had read other reviews but thought it was clearly the personality of the guest. I am really even keel, chill, and had had a great day. I was so pleased, I approached the front desk to talk to the manager about extending my stay another month and complimenting them on their hotel. Without going into details, I was so insulted by this employee mentioned above (who claimed to be the desk manager-but was not), followed me around the hotel, and accused of being a security threat, I finally got to talk to the real manager who I wanted to talk with all the time. Her response was to listen and offer me something from the snack bar. She was polite, but do yourself a favor. Until they replace this "desk manager," DO NOT STAY HERE! I am staying somewhere else!
