Comfort Inn & Suites Alamosa

Room was clean and comfortable. Pool and hot tub were nice after trips to national park. Hotel is to Walmart and Kristi Mountain Sports (sand board rentals). Beds are comfortable. Showers are great. Breakfast is a nice spread and well attended to.

This is a nice motel, no, it is not the Ritz, Paris, but it does well for what it is. Clean, everything works, not kinda’ tattered like so many motels. We got a bigger room and enjoyed it. Rooms have fridge, microwave, the typical irritating TV remote, etc. Washer and Dryer on site. Vending machine has microwave popcorn (2:20 in the microwave) but it takes $1 bills, no card reader! Breakfast buffet was nice, not fancy, and no restaurant or bar on site or walkable.

I would gladly give them more than five stars in this review. When we arrived in the lobby, we were greeted by Mr Lopez at the desk. He was extremely friendly,helpful and the perfect first contact for the establishment. And after we finished checking in he actually thanked us for our stay!! This doesn’t happen but rarely. Our room had recently been renovated and we were impressed with the decor. Very comfortable bed and clean room. I am a stickler for cleanliness and this place passed for sure. There is breakfast served in lobby and there were many hot items as well as the usual yogurt cereal and sweet rolls. It was kept well stocked and area cleaned. When we checked out we were thanked again for our stay. Refreshing to hear!! Thank you for your hospitality!

Nice hotel. Had a first floor room by the back door. Didn’t hear anything even with car show folks staying there. The shower was huge, but unsafe-no grab bars, or slip resistant decals on the ceramic tile floors. The room was clean and functional and the beds very comfortable. The breakfast was also very good with lots of variety and hot. I would definitely stay there agains

Nice hotel, good included breakfast. Close to fast food, restaurants etc... - about as far from Great Sand Dunes NP as you can get and still be in Alamosa. 35-40 minute drive from the hotel to the park. We used their laundry - they use an app - we had not seen this before - it was actually very efficient telling you how much time was left so you don't need to sit by the machines. Rooms were fine. The ice machine on our side was not working. Parking filled up in the evening.
