The Westin Westminster

The hotel room was okayyyy! The sink was dirty. The carpet in my room had debris on it. There was not any lotion in the room. The went to the ac made rattling noise. Besides the issues with the room. I was greeted very warmly by Saurabh. I asked for a mountain view room and Saurabh made it happened. He gave me the highlights of the property. Answered all my questions. Saurabh Is definitely an asset to the property.

We planned an overnight for our anniversary. I saw that I was eligible for an upgraded room if available, so I messaged the hotel ahead of time, sharing that if they happened to have an upgrade available, it would make our anniversary that much more special (I was hoping to surprise my partner with a nice room). Saurabh saw my message and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was memorable. The view from the room was fantastic (our dog loved watching the giant panoramic view), the room was clean, and the linens were super cozy, but my favorite part of the room was the chilled champagne and specialty chocolates that Saurabh had snuck into our room, accompanied by a hand written note wishing us a happy anniversary! The hotel staff were very welcoming and friendly, the food at Kachina was very tasty. Needless to say, the stay was memorable indeed!

I stayed at the Westin in Jan 2025 for a business visit. It was a great stay. The hotel is amazing. The rooms were clean, comfortable and warm . The front desk agent Saurabh was very helpful , welcoming and provided all the necessary information ! This young man will go a long way in the Services industry! I’ll definitely stay here again , thank you Westin !

We had an amazing stay at The Westin during our leisure trip to Colorado! Saurabh at reception was incredibly welcoming and shared great local recommendations. Being from Kembangan, it was a special surprise to learn he was too! The staff was warm and attentive, the beds super comfortable, and the restaurant suggestions spot on. A truly memorable stay—highly recommend!
