Comfort Inn Grand Junction I 70

Walls and floor in room nice! Our king room was crowded with furniture! No local tv station- they are working on it. We wanted weather channel for trip over Rockies- couldn’t get channel! Night reading lights had no bulbs- back ordered waiting for bulbs. Same as big light in bathroom! Breakfast scrambled eggs, patty sausage, yogurt, cereal & make your own waffle!

This place was dirty! Dog urine spots on the carpet. I wore white sock, and they were filthy by the end of the overnight stay. There were blood spots on the sheets and a big fur ball looking thing in the corner of the room. I first thought it was a dead mouse. It wasn't after further inspection. The front desk people were very nice though. The pillows were great too.

TV didn’t work. Refrigerator didn’t work. The handicap chair in the shower had mold on it. There was a big event in town and everyone was booked up. However we were traveling and couldn’t drive anymore so we had to take what we could get. 180.00 for a single Queen bed with basic needs like a fridge and tv broken. Wow! Comfort inn you need to hold your franchises accountable.

Not quite up to date . Toilet is close to floor. Good parking. Attendant was courteous and helpful. Close to food and fuel. Clean. Unfortunately many hotels today are out of date even though clean. Room for truck and trailer, RV, and more in rear. ,they will take all dog sizes.

Unable to register for stay 2x get 1 free promo. Site won’t let me register, or sign up. Says I already have an account but then can’t find it when I input the email. Honestly, I’m very disappointed in this stay. We choose comfort inn because it’s usually nice, quiet and clean. The website touted how the pool and hot tub were back up and running after being renovated as were their rooms with new carpet and fresh paint. Our room’s carpet reeked of dog pee and the wall paper in the bathroom is peeling from the wall and there was paint chips and cracks in both the pool and hot tub (that looked as if they hadn’t been cleaned or appropriately maintained chemically in months)All night, all we heard were people running up and down the halls - called the front desk a few times as did other guests- and they said they would take care of it but it still kept on. I have never been so dissatisfied with a stay at a choice hotel in my life.
