We live two miles from this hotel and wanted to do an overnight staycation. One of the three hot tub pool lights was completely removed from the wall and just sitting on the floor of the spa. Seems unsafe. We went to the Fireside restaurant for dinner at 9:30pm on a Saturday (the flyer said food service until 10:00pm). We were immediately met by an animated bar tender saying they donāt have a kids menu and to go downstairs to the brewery. The interaction was extremely rude so we checked out and went home without staying the night.

I've stayed here three or four times for work. All of my visits have been in the winter so I haven't been able to make use of any of the outdoor activities the hotel seems to offer. This hotel is large; not vertically, horizontally. Each room I have had is a long ways away from the elevator...like 'make sure you've got everything when you leave' a long ways away from the elevator. The rooms have been updated since I first sayed four years ago, and they are nice. They've done a good job of keeping things updated and comfortable. The WiFi is reliable, the bathroom is well organized and appointed. The front desk staff has always been very helpful and friendly. The lobby is large and has a lot of places to do work or socialize. I have walked the area in the mornings to get some exercise (haven't use their fitness center) and it seems to be a safe area. We spent time at the bar and had breakfast in the restaurant. The bar is not going to win any awards for it's food, especially the nachos (meh). The bar is often the only restaurant open, especially on weekends in the winter from my experience. There isn't a lot walkable around this hotel so you'll likely need a car. What I find interesting about this hotel is that it is definitely a resort...in the middle of a business development. There isn't another resort for miles around this place; I feel like normally resorts are clustered together.

Great stay but not sure I would spend a lot on it. Staff was absolutely fabulous from check in to check out. Iām not good with names but everyone was friendly and went out of their way to accommodate my wife and I. I am a diamond member and was staying on an expiring free night credit so we booked a basic room. Upon check in diamond status was acknowledged and they immediately upgraded us to a suit. There was no one there as itās off season but still it was a nice touch. Speaking of off season their main restaurant was closed at night which left a pub for dinner with very limited menu. It was good and service again was great but would have been nice to have a little better choice. Seemed there was more salad choices than there was main entrees. Now the bad and reason for 4 stars. Itās dated and not just a little and being off season seemed like small things were not being maintained. Elevator lights and even some buttons were not working. Pretty basic. Carpet could use replacement and believe it or not but the evacuation sign on door in room was not accurate. The thing showed us you are here but in all actuality we were not there but down the hall. Would think this would be a fire code violation. Spa was nice but massages were absolutely worthless both my wife and I found it more of a caress than a massage and didnāt walk out of there feeling any different especially for the cost. Overall I would go back during on season but not during offseason

Great place for a family stay! Rooms were nice and clean, beds and sheets comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. Pool and hot tub were big, clean and plenty of towels. Had a great family dinner at the Breckinridge Brewery pub on site. Great Sunday breakfast buffet in the restaurant too. Starbucks on site was on point as well. They have tvās for the game along with pool and shuffle board. Would definitely stay here again.

Front desk was efficient and pleasant. Asked for a king bed room not too far from elevator. Got a perfect location, the shower chair was delivered quickly. Great drawer storage but could do with a better closet for hanging longer items. The automatic drapes were a delight! All the staff I met were friendly and professional. The meeting rooms were comfortable but there was a heating issue in the common areas and the few electric units were not able to take the chill off! We wore scarves and jackets througout the convention. Food was ok, not much variety in lunch/dinner buffets. Breakfast was much better with an omelette station and lots of choices. SEMIYA in the breakfast area was the kindest, most attentive waitress ever. She should be recognized as a VIP staff member.
