Days Inn by Wyndham Denver Downtown

Elevator and room smelled of Marijuana, dirty room, heat barely worked, sign on elevator said door did not close on its own and suggested you push it closed yourself, no breakfast at 730am. Disgusting. Sell this place and take the Wyndham name off of it.

The area of the hotel was a little sketchy. I walked to the hotel from the Amtrak station and the lady at the counter stored my bags for me until I was able to check in. The hotel was clean and comfortable for the price.

Clean renovated room. No carpet. Good wifi. Basic breakfast. Good bus route. Paid parking. Check location.

I left this room in a well used but acceptable state I’ve left many before it in and never had an incidental deposit taken. They encourage one to leave a cash deposit for ease of check out, what they’ve actually done is created the perfect storm to hustle one out of 100 with very little recourse.

It was conveniently located across the street from the Ogden theater, however, this hotel is terrible. Street noise is terrible, parking lot is tiny with no guaranteed parking for hotel guest even though you pay extra for it. Even though the rooms are recently renovated they are furnished with the the cheapest and lowest quality beds. My family and got the worst sleep and all had back and neck pain the next morning. My wife just sat in the office chair because the bed was so hard it gave her excruciating back pain. The floor would have been more comfortable. For $200 a night I would expect at least a comfortable bed. We complained to the manager and they just stated that the rooms are up to the "standard" and there is nothing they could do. Ridiculous. I will never stay here again.
