Aloft Denver Downtown

The customer service was above and beyond. From the front desk during check in to Lauren helping us throughout our stay with our bags, everyone was very helpful and genuine. We were in town for a trade show and had to wait for a late night flight. Everyone took very good care of us.

Great location, convenient valet that was super easy and friendly. Thanks to Lauren. Bar in lobby and I was welcome with champagne. The rooms are super clean and the staff very nice. I would definitely stay at this hotel again thanks, Marriott.

I had a great time at the Aloft in Downtown Denver. The staff from the front desk to the bar, and especially Lauren at the valet service were absolutely top notch! I tend to stay at Marriott properties whenever I travel and the crew here at this Aloft made my stay feel like I was bunking in with family. To the management at this Aloft, you have a fantastic crew, well done. The bed was very comfy, and the walk in shower was very nice. This Aloft is very close, an easy walk to the convention center, which was the reason for my visit. I have a very large truck (F600) and I was concerned about parking it in downtown Denver, so I called the hotel and spoke to the valet manager a week prior to my arrival. He assurred me that they could accomodate my oversize truck and they did! As an example of how accomodating this Aloft crew is, and how much they actually care about their patrons, during my stay one of the valet staff noticed a puddle of fluid under my truck and actually took the time to call me and bring it to my attention. I hadn't noticed because I was working a trade show, and I am so glad they called and let me know about it. They knew that I was driving all the way back to Illinois at the end of my stay and cared enough to call so I could get it taken care of prior to my departure. Turns out it was just a loose fitting on the pto for my crane and was a simple fix. Thanks again to all of the great staff at the Aloft Denver Downtown!

Fantastic experience with a last minute 2 day booking. First, Lauren was incredible on accommodating valet parking my truck as i was moving across the country and was concerned about security. She heeded my concern and gave me confidence!

I always enjoy my stay at Aloft. Everyone makes me feel like family. Lauren in valet is so pleasant, has my car warmed up for me, opens my car door and makes sure I know where I’m headed and had a great time when I get back. Appreciate the warm hospitality!
