Great room service by Oscar. Super fast and good breakfast. I also do enjoy this hotel. The location is nice because you are right around everything and it is a nice part of Los Angeles. Every time I come to California I make sure to stay here! Will be back soon!

Adel was a great host and very quick with service. He made sure food and everything was good and always checked up to make sure I was doing good. Great service from Mr Adel and very nice hardworking man making sure all customers are happy and receiving the best service at the hotel

Oscar is a friendly and knowledgeable server who makes sure everyone gets the service they need with a very friendly attitude. Very welcoming. He is also very attentive and efficient to get everyone the service they want in a timely manner.

I just got here to California, it's my first time and it started out horrible at a different location until I came to the Hilton and I met Adel, the mixologist. He is so friendly and kind. I'll be back for dinner tomorrow. Thank you so much Adel, you made my night 🌙.

Marianne is an employee that Hilton should be proud of. During the fires, we needed a place to evacuate too, and she was so incredibly helpful, but also kind and empathetic. In the position that we were in, it was heartwarming to find a happy face and helpful employee. We had several days of “be prepared to evacuate“, but then suddenly we had to get out and only minutes to do it. Thanks to Marianne, it was almost like coming home to family where you’re going to be cared for & protected. Under most circumstances, that may be a stretch, but in this particular instance, it certainly wasn’t! She made our stay so comforting. I really don’t know if they accept animals other than when we had to evacuate, but I can say they were constantly cleaning and making sure the lobby was spotless.
