The room was very clean and in a convenient location. The towels were artfully arranged on the bed upon arrival which was a lovely little touch. This is a standard Motel 6 so if you're looking for lots of amenities you need to search elsewhere. However, everything we wanted and needed was available. The room was a good size with lots of electrical and USB outlets, and also a small refrigerator. The staff were nice and helpful. The price for parking was $20 per day which is reasonable for the area. There is also a valet there. Be sure to get the pass early in the morning as spaces are limited. There are no coffee facilities in room but there is coffee downstairs in the mornings and vending machines. Any complaints about the surrounding area need to be taken with a grain of salt. This is Hollywood, not Pleasantville. There were zero issues during our stay and we felt very secure in the venue.

there was blood on my pillow. When i brought it to the manager she strongly implied it was mine. Being a CSI expert she kept saying old blood would be brown blah blah. I was like well it is fresh probably from the last guest but she insisted the maids would never have left blood there. Called the head maid over. Did you see this. head maid goes no so the manager is like there you go there was no blood earlier. What a joke and a disgusting stay. Avoid at all costs

This is my first time EVER leaving a negative review and I travel very frequently. I feel I must caution others, therefore, must leave review. This was by far the worst experience I've had so far. There is absolutely NO type of noise insulation of any sort in this entire building it seems. Also they got to do something with the doors!! You can hear everyone going in/out their rooms as everyone has to slam the doors closed to get it closed!! I can also hear people walking up/down the halls, the sound of suitcases rolling on the floors eventually got on my nerves by the second day. I can hear the neighbors having s*x several times, a baby that was screaming it's head off for literally 30 minutes (I was so worried about it's well-being) walked out to check to see if I can tell where it was coming from and notified front desk (nothing was done). They even duct tape the floor boards instead of fixing it. Must go down early each morning to pay for parking $20 as it's first come, first serve, limited space, underground one way in/out cramped parking garage. 1 microwave in the commons area, you would think since they don't provide in room they would at least have more than 1 in commons, we had to wait to use as a line formed. No breakfast only tea/coffee in AM. The 3rd day they assigned someone else our room and we were fortunate to be in the room when a family kept trying to open our door, we checked and sure enough our room # was written on their key card. The only good thing is cold AC and comfortable bed. Don't recommend especially if with kids. Close to Hollywood but not in the good part of the street, about 10 minutes walk to the good area like TCL theater and where the touristy parts are at. This part of Hollywood street was less touristy, more trashy and drugged and unsafe.
