The Beverly Center shopping mall is located one mile away. The hotel is 100% non-smoking. A $500 cleaning fee will be charged to any guest who violates the smoking policy. (Fee subject to change) Bookings of 5 rooms or more will be considered a group booking and are not applicable to FIT rates. $100 incidental deposit will be charged to guests with either a major credit card or debit card. (Fee subject to change) .
