1 Hotel West Hollywood

We absolutely love our 10 day stay at the 1 hotel. When you come here your vacay starts just at the right vibe. It is such a beautiful relaxing property- an oasis in the concrete jungle of LA. The staff also makes you feel so welcome. From Afren Miata at the from desk, Tasha at the 1 Restaurant, Will - head of the bellman, and to all of the Audi drivers, our stay was just made so memorable. They feel so proud and happy to work here and it shows on how much help and appreciation they shower on the their guests. The welcome water, the granola and the daily fresh fruit just also gives that added feeling of being in the most welcoming luxurious place that you ever want to stay. It also doesn’t hurt that this hotel is centrally located to all of the places in LA that you want to be. It makes me want to come back again and again.

Recommended from a friend who lives in Los Angeles....and what a treat. I think this hotel is the 'hottest' place in WeHo right now. Great vibe the minute you walk in. Really lovely reception / bar area that exudes quality! It smells nice too! The rooms and bathrooms are brilliant - spacious, bright, and nicely decorated. Would definitely recommend. (The only thing that I though could have been better was the gym - too small, and not enough kit!). The pool area though is lovely!

This was my first stay at a 1 Hotel - and I am a fan! Great location in West Hollywood. I entered via the downstairs valet, and it is like being transported into the kind of hotel you would find in Hawaii or the tropics. My one bedroom suite was beautiful with natural wood, very well equipped, and the suite service was great. Bed was comfy, with a great bathroom. I dined at the rooftop restaurant which had a great vibe, but food selection was limited and expensive. I think it is more of a bar for a local crowd. My only minor complaint... the desk feels understaffed. Check in was slow, and on two occasions when I went to ask a question there was nobody as the desk. Otherwise, I am a fan!

Thank you for the truly wonderful stay I had at the 1 Hotel in West Hollywood in February during a conference. This hotel is absolutely beautiful, and I was genuinely impressed by the helpfulness and friendliness of your staff. The check-in process was incredibly smooth, and the gals at the front desk were especially kind and friendly, which made me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. The room I stayed in was creatively decorated and well-appointed - I loved the unique touches! The bed was comfortable, and the room itself was quiet, allowing me to get some much-needed rest after a busy day at the conference. I am particularly grateful to Will at Valet, who went above and beyond to help me make my flight. I found myself in an unfortunate situation where my Lyft driver got lost, but Will took care of everything for me. I am truly in your debt, and I cannot thank him enough for going the extra mile to ensure I made it to the airport on time. Thank you once again for such a memorable and enjoyable stay. Your team's dedication to excellent service truly shines, and I look forward to staying with you again in the future.

Yes, I’ll admit it—I’m a hotel snob, and this is hands down one of my favorite hotels I’ve ever stayed at! The location is fantastic, and everything about it—the scent, the ambiance, the staff—was just perfect. Honestly, I could have spent more time exploring outside the room, but I didn’t because I loved the room that much. It’s definitely pricey, but absolutely worth every penny. This is now my go-to spot whenever I’m in LA. Oh, and don’t be surprised if you run into a few celebs staying here too!
