Hilton Garden Inn Victorville

This hotel is absolutely disgusting. Tried several rooms, all have a nasty musty library smell. The rooms are trashed. They’re literally using duct tape for repairs. I have no idea how anyone below 4th floor will sleep with as loud as the floor creaks. 11/10 absolutely do not stay here. I’m hostage for four more nights as it’s a corporate booking.

Absolutely the worst hotel room in which we've ever stayed. Large tears in the wall paper in bedroom and bathroom. A large stain from a poor repair job to the ceiling over the bed. The commode was attached by only one bolt. The TV remote did not work. The room phone was out of order. No bath towels. Water pressure was non-existent. Overall a very dated, dilapidated and worn out room. Charging $10 for a continental breakfast....outrageous! We refused to give this hotel another dime. A very expensive hotel room compared to 2 others wed stayed at within an 80 mile radius.

Check in and check out was fast and very friendly. Ample free parking and location is right next to the freeway, although we could not hear any traffic from our room. We stayed one night in room 223, and the room was pretty average, but clean. The king bed was overly soft and uncomfortable and the room was cooled with a through the wall air conditioner. The free internet was very slow and kept dropping the connection, which was very annoying. If you have mobility issues, this room is not for you. The shower is in the tub and the toilet is very low.

The hot tub was dirty and nasty. Water was brown. Also. Why is the hot tub indoors? It should be outdoors next to the pool. Would be nice if the hotel pool was heated also since that is outdoors. Other than that the stay was nice.
